It will also be difficult to realistically enforce. A 33 year old woman in Illinois was forcibly stripped by male and female officers and held nude in a cell after a DUI arrest. The incident was caught on video. After plowing through a blockade of bikers with an SUV, a man and his family were swarmed by the bikers and assaulted along a New York City highway. It is unclear what provoked the initial assault by the man with the SUV.
