Segment 2
New poll out on religion shows that the group of religiously unaffiliated has grown from 8% to 20% since 1990.  This number equals the number of evangelicals, so Cenk thinks they should unite and gain more political power.  Hugo Chavez’ successor has a theory that Chavez is already talking to Jesus about the new Pope, and it shows that its finally South America’s time.  Rep Kris Crawford in SC said that even though portions of the ACA help Americans, its good politics to vote against the Black guy in the White House.

Segment 3
It will cost U.S. employers $1 billion if their states opt out of the Medicare expansion portion of ObamaCare, so these Republican governors that railed against it are rethinking their position of not picking it up.  In the Judiciary Cmte of the Senate, Sen Cruz got under Sen Feinstein’s skin with a smug question about the Constitution.  A lobbyist for gun groups said that they shouldn’t worry about gun control laws, since they will be able to weaken them once the “CT Effect” has passed.  Video of the NRA President disagreeing that the lobbyist should apologize for his comments.
