The RNC Spox tweeted that Obama has a diversity problem since he nominated 3 old white men to his cabinet, guys that supported things that the Republicans support. Republicans also pointed out that in 1998, Hagel attacked someone for being aggressively gay. Again, they’re acting as if they support gay rights. The same Exec Dir of the Log Cabin Republicans that criticized Hagel for his stance on gays, was extremely supportive of the former Senator not too long ago. It was discovered that other groups other than the LCR funded this attack ad against Hagel.
