I do the same thing with my hair, Ana. Buns are so easy…
Also, I must agree with a comment above about buns revealing more of your face. You’re a beautiful woman with an elegant face, neck and collarbone.
It goes without saying, you look amazing either way.
tried ‘dry shampoo’? takes the grease out like magic…
ana your hair is nice, but i’m a hassan/jon/francis or BRETT (sooo cute!!!) type of guy. All though mark thompson’s voice is just to die for. I wish he had a “tyt reads” where he just reads stories to me in those dulcet tones.
Ana I love you, but some humility would be nice.
Ana! You look much better with your hair down! Better for your skin and hair anyway!
Oh boy! Another segment where Ana tells us how beautiful she is. I know there are many of you out there who just watch to look at her. That is OK, pathetic but OK. I want intelligent conversation not crap from a fake blond.
Settle
Completely agree with Cenk on ‘Who Is America’ – the punching down segments are super cringy. The one with the model/reality star is also bad though, you should read the back-story to that. They got her publicist to leave, took her phone away, wouldn’t let her leave, and the entire crew pretended they couldn’t speak english. She thought she was going to die. The Daily Beast talked to her about it: https://www.thedailybeast.com/sacha-baron-cohen-pranked-bachelor-star-corinne-olympios-i-thought-i-was-going-to-die
I also didn’t care for the blanket “she is on reality shows so she is a shit person” feel. Look I have no love for reality tv or what it’s done for this country but that girl is the problem she is a symptom. I don’t know her I don’t know how she was raised but in my honest opinion she is still an example of punching down even without that article
Cenk, that Kilis soap is made with olive oil and it is quite healthy. If you import that to LA and sell it in fancy shops, you will make decent cash mate.
To finish up Ana’s comments about her hair – I prefer the bun, because it exposes more of her extraordinary face. That’s just my preference, which doesn’t matter in the scheme of things.
Ana thinks the bun looks ‘gross’ to some people? Hahahaha. Anything that gives the world more of Ana’s perfect face, cannot by definition be called ‘gross’.
Ok.
Shampooing – I look forward to Shampoo Day during the week, because it makes shaving easier. I shave in the shower, and shampoo tends to make the face more slippery, before applying the soap & shaving cream. From there, it’s a much smoother shave.
Unfortunately, I can’t shampoo the hairpiece daily, because the coloring tends to fade more quickly. The pieces can be built sturdier, but unfortunately Capitalism’s survival depends on cyclical consumption, which leads to fraudulent practices like Planned Obsolescence.
Ah. Well done, Ana. You’ve cured Cenk of emotional soap scars, by assuring him that his ugly childhood soap was far better than Irish Spring. Well done, young lady.
If Cenk has a spare moment, he should take that coconut shampoo, and add a touch of lime. Then he should Put de Lime in de Coconut, and soak it all up.
Cenk puts a Gram of shampoo in his hair, during every shower. If Ana did that, she would have to call it an AnaGram.
Thank you.
It’s too bad you never had the resources at TYT to perform all the needed research. Cranston could have used it. That way, she could have had a more nuanced opinion, when it comes to men’s issues.
So in the case of her Monica Lewinski segment, she might have found out that Hillary abused this kid, too. And perhaps Hannah might have seen the relationship as consensual, even if inappropriate. But that damn lack of research, always gets in the way.
A Producer for each segment? Holy sht. Totally different world.
Poop painting? Ok. Doesn’t work for me. Not interested in watching.
Little known fact – the name of the Planet Venus was constructed from Veal Anus. If you have a choice in 20 years, whether to visit a restaurant on Mars or on Venus – you know what to do.
Meh. Targeting people for being bad people? Fk that ; throwing stones. Target their beliefs, don’t make it personal.
Anna. Just a friendly reminder that not all ethnic hair “shines.” Doesn’t mean our shit isn’t healthy.
Yala, let go!
One size fits all never works! Not everyone can get by washing hair once per week. How often you shampoo your hair is dependent on several variables, such as dry-to-oily, fine-to-thick, where you live (such as dry climate vs. humid climate), and how much you sweat.
Here’s what WebMd has to say:

Good article, thanks. Some people actually should wash daily.
I actually rarely wash my hair… (side effect of my mental health issues/autism… washing it causes distress, long story), so I try to keep it short (Mens style, or a pixie cut, or no longer than my shoulders, ie, long enough to put up, but it’s time for another cut ASAP) so it’s less noticeable that it’s not washed. But I must be doing something right, because every time I see my hairdresser she raves about how healthy my hair is. She loves it! Usually I only see her once a year, but this last time it had actually been two and a half years before I got another cut, so my hair was much longer than I would have liked, and she was able to cut off the ponytail, and asked me if she could save it to take in and show her students (she teaches cosmetology at a local high school) so that they could see what healthy “virgin” hair is like, and how it takes colour/bleach different than treated hair, etc… “virgin” hair is apparently super rare to find and work with, so she’s very happy when I see her for my yearly “chop it all off” visit.
This was an amazing post game. You guys think I don’t care about the stuff like the hair and how you take care of it when I really do.
I was never really taught how to take care of my hair. And I’m in the middle of trying to figure everything out now because I’m starting to feel bad going out in public looking like crap because I don’t know how to take care of myself.
Thanks!
Sascha Baron Cohen is close to being too talented.
I admire him.
I wash my hair every other day because if I only washed it once a week mine would look dirty as hell with my hair being more on the oily side. But if I wash it every day it dries out terribly. I am the woman who will not leave the house without makeup (I took a shower and put on makeup after my water broke when I had my daughter even though I knew you wouldn’t be able to tell it at all in two hours because…reasons?) but I have never been a person who cared about doing my hair. My grandma is a retired hair stylist and it drives her nuts because my hair is down to my ass but I have a lot of split ends (which is how she can tell if hair is healthy or “diseased” as Cenk so put it in his male way…lmao) and I wash it and, since my daughter was born two and a half years ago, after it dries, it is almost always in a bun. My grandmother tells me to just cut it off all of the time and I always tell her I would look terrible with short hair and almost always she eyes my bun like, ‘Really?’But pre-kid, I had the same system as Ana with the whole bun-when-it’s-unwashed thing. I think your hair looks very healthy, Cenk, and I like the silver. I am thirty one and I have more white in my hair than you do so…ya know…it could be worse.
I enjoyed your post.
If you are willing to do the things the people do on This Is America, you deserve what cones after.
So willing to say “meh this painting is great” when it might not be that great you deserve to have your life trashed? They aren’t talking about him being wrong for going after those in power just that going after people who review art and food is unneeded. What do we gain by seeing that people in the art world might be full of shit? Thank god he exposed that *rolls eyes*
I’ve only watched the first five minutes so far, but I’ll say this – there is nothing more attractive than a woman who knows she’s attractive.
And the second attractive thing, is when a woman plays with her hair, and keeps pulling it back. The hits just keep coming.
Regarding Ana’s hair being pulled up in a bun, that gives the audience a chance to gaze upon her perfect cheek bones. I guess the bottom line is, Ana couldn’t become uninteresting, if she tried.
Hopefully the entire Post Game isn’t about this, not that anyone in their right mind would complain.
Going to sleep, listen to the rest tomorrow. Thanks once again for hiring this lady, Cenk.
How much you should or should not wash your hair is person to person. Almost nobody should be washing their hair everyday but a lot of people cannot do the once or twice a week. I can’t. Also if you do something that makes yourself dirty you need to wash your hair. Natural oils are good for your hair. Dirt, grime, and sweat is not.
