  4. So I was joking with my husband with Jones started facing push back. I said that Jones was doing this on purpose with the upcoming lawsuit. He wants the show to start doing really poorly so he can settle or say that Info Wars doesn’t have enough influence to help him. With the news that he “forgot” to file with the FCC and that Info Wars is all but done I am not joking anymore. I think he wanted to “kill” Info Wars before the lawsuit happened, he’ll hide behind that to keep the lawsuit from being as bad as it could have been. Then after it’s over he’ll relaunch but through his own means of hosting (kind of like Palin did) with this huge victim card.

  5. Woooooooooooooo thanks for the shoutout today! Been a member for nearly a decade now (with a year and a half hiatus plus month-long breaks when my credit card expires lol) and have been waiting to hear my name called. Feels good man :)

    1. Although now that I think about it, it’s probably my fault since I don’t think I put my name on my account until whenever you guys overhauled your membership, so pretty recently. Whoops!

  7. Ana, love that you clarified the infowars ban, here and on No Filter. Can not understand Jimmy Dore’s ignorance on that issue.
    It’s too bad we can’t get Trump banned the same way.

    1. In my opinion, Jimmy Dore hurts the progressive movement more than he helps it in the name of attracting disillusioned Trump supporters to the cause—they aren’t very intelligent, and Jimmy Dore validates them and their conspiratorial beliefs juuuuust enough for them to stick on board.

  9. How come you never have Jimmy Dore on anymore? I’d be pretty interested to see him on, especially considering his fairly strong opposing opinions on issues like Russia and Alex Jones. Is he too busy, or have you had a falling out about it? I’d be pretty disappointed if you guys just don’t want to have a straight up conversation about those things.

  10. It’s the same principle as asking diners to carry respirators on their restaurant outings to protect themselves from second-hand smoke. In this case, smoking has simply been banned from almost everywhere, even though occasional exposure to second-hand smoke is less of a health threat than eating too many carrots.

  11. Also… What the hell is this BS about schools not wanting to be political?? This is not political! It is societal, it is life or death, it is being a voice in your own community! Why can’t schools come together for their children and insist on common sense gun reform instead of turning classrooms into war zones.

  13. As the mother of a 12 year old, I will pull her out and homeschool her before I allow her to be educated in a war zone.
    She is already scared of being shot in school. That is a RIDICULOUS fear for a school kid in this country!

  14. I really like Elizabeth Warren but much of her proposal would require a constitutional-amendment because it would appear to be unconstitutional as it stands now. This is where we remember that ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES, JIMMY DORE! The Republicans have the power of judicial review on their side now and for the next 30-40 years. But folks say they couldn’t tell who was less evil between Trump and Clinton. How’s your conscience, Jimmy?!

    On Alex Jones, I thought the plan was to load him into the new satellite that we just launched into the sun! Dammit now we’ll need to try again and Orion’s not ready! Alright Russia, how much do you want for a Soyuz? Seriously though, Twitter could have banned him permanently for that, and they should have!

  15. The judicial coup that has happened is not a Trump action it is a corporate action, and I don’t care what anyone says, Obama ALLOWED this to happen. He looked the other way while corporate funder’s captured our judicial system.
    This is what a judicial coup looks like. It will take half a century or more to fix this, unless we break the system and I can’t see how that is possible without a judicial system to protect the HUMANS.

  19. OMG that Elizabeth Warren proposal sounds SOOOO AWSOME. Oh please let that happen. I have no faith it would, but this is just what I say. If corp are ppl then they need to face the same rules ppl do. Also, corp should be put in jail for murder when they kill the competition. Hey person kills person for money, sounds like 1st degree to me.

  21. Trump’s use of an Executive Branch’s loophole to deliver another Tax Cut is attempt to buy-off the donors.

    IMO the use of this tax cut is a down-payment (carrot) to have the donors oppose any impeachment attempts. In addition, he can use his tariff power as a stick to keep donors inline.

    I think he hopes to control the donors of the Republicans in congress to avoid impeachment. Trump has congressional Republicans in a vice-grip between owning their common base and their common donors.

    He is using (effectively) every type of power lever for his personal use…and he has a wealth of levers he can still use in the Executive branch.

    Trump is a moron with respect to management and basic administration. However he seems to know people and how to leverage power in a corrupt way.
