  1. I just looked at the Sharice Davids website and I don’t find it as vague as Cenk suggests.

    * Support tax policies that encourage use of and transition to renewable energy resources.
    * Work to create greater investment in Kansas’ wind-production infrastructure.
    *Support the continued expansion of Medicaid.
    *Support legislation that prevents price gouging and restricts the ability of companies to slow the introduction of generic brands.
    *Enable Medicare to negotiate drug prices.

    these seem like positions to me.. what am I missing? Yeah she’s not as far left as Brent was but she has positions.. just a little more towards the center. Also, personally I prefer strong progressive positions on the environment and a more centric economic stance so she seems like a good candidate as long as she’s not too influenced by corporate money.

  5. Where did TYT get the 40,000 number? The most generous numbers I find with a quick search are 13,500 – 17,500 killed from asbestos annually in the states, though I wouldn’t be surprised if hundreds of thousands were affected with lung conditions.

  7. Where do us members go to see the special election coverage?! I can’t find it under special events, here, or rebel HQ!

      1. Do we have an ETA yet? I don’t mind that it takes a while, I just want to know when to expect it so I’m not refreshing every 5 minutes, and can go do other things until I know it’ll be up. lol I’m too obsessed. ;) I had to stop watching with about 1 hour left, so I want to finish that hour! Such a cliffhanger! And I don’t want to watch today’s show, until I finish…. because spoilers!

        2. I didn’t watch any of the coverage live because that’s just not how I roll. I prefer to watch on demand I download the episodes so I don’t have to worry about my internet crapping out due to weather. Plus, I like having the breaks edited out. I can’t stop myself from refreshing constantly.

  8. I actually won the 2017 “Best Crisis Actor” Emmy AND Golden Globe! As to Alex Jones getting kicked off of all these PRIVATE platforms, I say that’s just “the free market” determining what happens! Sorry Alex, but the market is what the market is. On the other hand, I do like how many times Jones has embarrassed and set back all conservatives because he can’t ever be satisfied with a win – he has to go for that cherry on top that always lands him in court. If I was his ex-wife though, first of all I’d throw up because of having kissed that man, but after that I’d take my kids, change my name, and move to Canada. That monster should have NO SAY in how those innocents grow up. Then I’d throw up again.

  10. Hmm. Asbest, Russia, sends us asbestos with Trumpelthinskin’s face on package …….. and Melania pushes BeBest.gov to encourage kids to Be Best……… Toxic Kids?
    Are names a coincidence or some nefarious plan? Who didn’t think Be Best was an odd name? Well, at least the “campaign” wasn’t titled As Best.

    All right, I think I have dropped into the paranoid twilight zone!
