  3. Love you Cenk and Ana! A Filipino once told me, “when you point your finger at someone, you have 4 fingers pointed back at yourself”. I make that point to all the nick-pickers with criticism and no viable solutions. If you don’t like TYT, go and start your own organization. We never said TYT was perfect.

  5. Oh my god; this is a huge pet peeve of mine. When the significant other gets home it’s a huge piss off to just be ignored for a long period without proper acknowledgement, especially if you’ve been waiting for them to come home or have plans immediately.

    I hope you guys post a link to the full HLN segment. It would be fodder for days and days.

    Love the relevant tie in to Trump.

  7. Are the post games “members only” again? TYT never said when they’d stop playing them on youtubetv & never took that members only banner off so I’m just curious. Maybe that’s why TYT fired Nomiki Konst, Hannah Cranston & 5 unnamed senior staffers, youtube made them for taking the post game away lol Sounds just as plausible as the “youtube’s new algorithm demonetized some TYT videos which is hitting TYT hard” excuse I got when you consider that Cenk has bragged publicly that TYT brings in $3.6M in membership revenue & the $20M Wall Street investors gave TYT(with no strings attached, just like when they give similar money to politicians, right?) last August & the $2M us viewers donated a little over a year ago to hire investigative reporters, Nomiki being one such hire but not the first to go. Like I said just curious.

    1. Nomiki Konst is a brilliant investigative reporter and interviewer whose excellent work was never effectively utilized by the Main Show.

      I suspect that the very fact that Nomiki is so good at her job may have made certain less brilliant news hosts (who fancy themselves to be reporters, though they are not) jealous.

      1. If you don’t watch, how can you hate?.. Of course, you have to be a member to comment here, even if you don’t watch… I, for one, appreciate the haters/trolls/disgruntled to post and pay membership fees to keep TYT viable…

      2. I know that no organization is perfect & I’m not asking TYT to be. I just want them to be honest with us members and I would appreciate it if Cenk would try to stick to his principals a little. I mean he took $20M from wall street investors after starting WOLF-PAC to get the corrupting power of wall street/corporate money/big donors out of politics. I remember when Cenk announced the $20M donation last Fall on the main show. He actually said there were no strings attached & I admit I believed him. But shortly after that announcement is when all the stories the TYT main show chooses to cover became DonnieTinyHands centered, the no cussing rule was implemented & commercial breaks inserted into all TYT shows. I don’t hate TYT, I want them to be better cuz we need them to speak truth to power & fight back against the corruption like they use to.

        Don’t worry Darius_, I didn’t watch :-P I only watch Aggressive Progressives, Reporting In & the Friday Post Game anymore but I like to check the comments on the main show & post game to see if things are improving any.

        1. Meh, I’m so tired of the harping about the donation. Once in awhile, groups do get hands-off donations (it’s not as uncommon as we progressives like to think). And other than the swearing, I’ve seen no difference in how Cenk, and Ana, John et al conducts business or delivers news in the 10 years I’ve been watching. TYT has been a super-consistent aggressive voice. I have no doubt there are some important stories that get covered on AggProg that don’t get covered on the main show. The main show has always been a bit more “mainstream” oriented. Cenk loves covering politics– or don’t you remember all the horse race stuff from every single time there’s an election?

          The Dems are a terrible party, but on the whole they’re not much different than the centrist/corrupt parties in most countries (including the Liberals in my country, Canada); and there have always been decent people in the Dem party. The Repubs are vile almost to a man (or woman) and Trump is the single greatest threat to the future of western democracy in my lifetime. So yeah, on an ideological level, I have no f-ing problem with TYT being wall-to-wall Trump.

          1. Skyperbole, I admit I haven’t been watching as long as you have, I found TYT in early 2016, but I have seen changes in that short time period & I am not the only one. I would like a few examples of wall street investment groups giving “hands off” donations to the tune of $20M, I can’t seem to find any.
            I need TYT to be a super consistent PROGRESSIVE voice, not just aggressive. & I know Cenk loves covering politics but there is more to politics than DonnieTinyHands. Also you’re wrong, the Repubs & DTH are the symptom of the single greatest threat to the future of all democracy, the corrupting power of money i.e. Capitalism. That is something I fear Cenk will never admit as we also all know Cenk loves him some Capitalism.

            1. How mas the outlook of the show changed since the $20MM? I dont really see an argument for that. Also Cenk is talking about taking money out of Politics. The show and the network needs money to exist. Politicians get paid a salary to do their jobs, the money coming in to them is for culling favors in exchange for helping them campaign. Again, according to you what you are saying what did the $20MM donors get? No swearing?

        2. The no cursing thing was about youtube TV. Trump is the president, what he does and says affects us and the world and he does and says things that negatively impact us constantly so yes we get a lot of coverage of the president. There were already commercial breaks. And lastly, wolf-pac is to get money out of politics, not out of growing your business.
