  1. I agree totally with Ana on the subject of Kirstjen Nielsen’s dinner being interrupted. I’m hoping she was totally mortified and even slightly traumatized by the experience! As if the policy she is enforcing isn’t bad enough, she has the audacity to go to a MEXICAN restaurant to eat.

  2. I’m with you Ana. I’m a person of peace, and I don’t like violence in any form. But to *shame* Kirstjen for eating at a Mexican restaurant who just earlier that day approved of Mexican families being torn apart.. is just calling her out for who she is. ANY person voting against the rights of Immigrants has NO RIGHT to eat at any Mexican, Vietnamese, Korean, Jamaican, Japanese, etc. restaurant. Stick to your burgers & fries you damn hypocrites.

  4. I think if protesters interrupted Bernie Sanders while he was having dinner, he would try to have a conversation with them. Nielsen has no hope of that because she knows she’s not on the right side.

  9. Ana is 100% correct on this situation with DHS secretary in the restaurant. I see Cenk’s point on tit for tat and this situation getting out of hand, but this is different. We are talking about abusing children and everyone in this country should be outraged and shaming ALL republicans. These children have been traumatized and will never get over this. The situation will die down in the public eye but these children will live with it forever. We need much more shaming of public officials when they act shamefully. They represent us, You would certainly punish a willful child for bringing shame on your family and this is the same thing. Our so-called representatives are bringing shame on us all and we need to hold them accountable.

  10. 100% on board with Ana’s comments on the DHS Sec restaurant story, and I would go even further. These people who are complicit in these abhorrent, reprehensible policies should not be able to show their faces in public, they should be hounded by the public every second they are outside. If you saw Adolf Hitler walking down the street would you maintain politeness and show respect?

  11. I’m with Ana on the DHS lady. I have no sympathy for her. She chose to be in that job. No one made her do it. She is like them because she has no issue working with them and for them and even having Trump yell at her. Screw that. She deserves the shame she gets. No one touched her. No one threatened her. She got her dinner disturbed. Tough.

  12. I was looking forward to TYT coverage of Canada legalizing marijuana (it passed in the house and senate), but I guess not. I suppose I get it, but I did think it would be covered. October 17th of this year cannabis will be legal for recreational purposes in Canada, the second country and first in the G7 to do so.

  13. Steve Schmidt lost his credibility when he inflicted Sarah Palin, as John McCane’s running mate, on America. Actually, his crime was more of neglectful vetting. He saw the superficial optics, deemed them beneficial and ran with it. After this huge debacle, MSM continued to pay for his services. If I had a plumber that fucked up as bad as Schmidt did, I would never rehire that plumber. When it comes to politics, the rewards seem to be many and the punishments few. Perhaps, this can change, and if it’s time for a change, let’s hope it starts with Trump and his Clown Circus Cabinet.

    1. You do realize that choosing Palin is what won Obama the White House.

      If he chose a different person we would have been ruled by McCain for 8 years and a republican winning 2016.

      1. They chose Palin because they were already concerned and looking for something to breathe new life into the campaign.
