Jimmy Dore, Malcolm Fleschner, Stef Zamorano. They discuss the Trump administration’s zero tolerance policy at the border; An inside look at the detention centers children are being held in at the southern border, as well as bad coverage from the Washington Post; Kamala Harris defends ICE; The #Resistance is doing too little, too late for undocumented immigrants; Clinton does another interview about her emails, and analysis on how Obama was a precursor to Trump; Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have similar opinions on border security; Ro Khanna’s endorsement of Joe Crowley..

OMG … NONE of the staff on this show actually subscribe to the service YouTube TV? no wonder they’ve had to fire so many reporters – they’re LOSING money on this – members have quit and apparently even the people WORKING at TYT don’t subscribe ;-) … what a fucking joke this whole thing is
ICE and Border Patrol (CBP) are two separate unrelated agencies. ICE was formed in 2003 as a post-9-11 force that falls under Homeland Security.

Steph. Pro-life= we care about you UNTIL you’re born
Malcolm. Nobody signs on to be in ICE without having a propensity for racism and authoritarianism. The duties (and in their minds, privileges) of being an agent are clear. Don’t give those assholes a pass. My wife’s Uncle is a border patrol agent and he is one of the most racist people I have ever met. He loves his job and that tells me enough about the general attitude at the border patrol, and it seems reasonable to extend that to the vast majority of ICE agents as well
Jimmy I’ll believe there are “good cops” when I see one call out the illegal behavior of other cops.
Jimmy, love your pov & the show but how did you get so hung up on people with Latino last names working for ICE, customs etc. Do some geography & you’ll find that Mexico once owned most of the southwest & border areas. I have a sister in law from Taos NM whose family has been there for 400 years having come with the Spanish conquistadores. Also, many job positions these days favor bilingual people so they can communicate with non-English speakers. Hope this helps your dilemma!
One, maybe two, years ago I discovered a disturbing fact.
In the 1930s, during the depression, up to two million US citizens were deported. The majority of them were Mexican origin living in, what used to be, Mexico before the US annexed the territory because of the 19th century war.
Two million US citizens deported from the US is not a readily available story.
Steve Oh has told Jimmy, on numerous occasions, that it is okay to let loose on this program. Yet, Jimmy still wonders if he can say “fuck.” (And then he does not say “fuck.”)
Is TYT gaslighting us?
Yes.
It’s incredible how many breaks Aggressive Progressives has to take. Imagine paying $40 for Youtube TV, just to be forced to watch advertisements every 4 minutes! I don’t even want to imagine it. It’s the generation of internet streaming services, I’ll stick to everything On-Demand, thank you very much. Great reminder of why I ditched all TV services. I can’t imagine who would ever need a new one. Is TV cool now since Google is doing it? Cause I thought we were past all that nonsense.
Either way, great show as usual. I enjoy nearly all of TYTs content immensely, but Jimmy Dore specifically has a special little place in my heart.
Totally agree. WAY more breaks than the main show. It seems like the network wants to turn this show into “Aggressive Capitalists”
It’s really annoying that jimmy says he cant curse. is this not free media anymore? who is telling him he cant say certain things. I also don’t like that he saves his opinions until off camera. i watch this show for JIMMY’S opinion!
rant over
It’s pretty clear than any TYT show that ends up on Youtube TV is a show where they are trying not to curse. This is because Youtube and I assume Youtube TV won’t monetize content with too much swearing as they deem that not to be “advertiser friendly”.
So I guess it would be Cenk and Steve who are saying Jimmy can’t curse. This is perfectly understandable as they are running a business. It also really doesn’t matter so long as Jimmy and other hosts and guests are allowed to say what they want so long as they use other words. Being unable to curse doesn’t limit your ability to express yourself. Besides, you can always use Shazbot!
Jimmy can fucking curse! Steve Oh confirms it in today’s Aggressive Progressives. They’ll filter it in post. Jimmy just forgot because he was off for too long.
African-Americans weren’t originally immigrants Jimmy n Steph — the were kidnapped from their native lands to be slaves!
And Steph, this country was never my country — a country where psycho cops kill Blacks with impunity, and the prison industrial complex separates black children from their parents daily so it stays well fed.
This is a country that I floated through. My grandparents were children of Italian migrants born in 1888 in Missouri, and my Mom was born during WWI. She said that she remembered the day the war ended to the end of her life at 90 years of age. Her body lived on for another several years, but this left an intense anti-war feeling in me. My siblings were born during and after WWII, but that war never ended. I grew up being deathly scared of Russians, and learned to hide under my desk and cover my head with the best of them. But it wasn’t the Russians dropping bombs on us, it was our government. I met people from St George’s Utah, those lucky enough to still be alive at 25. I remember the Civil Rights marches, my Dad told me of the lynchings that he experienced in 1920’s Texas. Town events. Stef, this is your country. I have many Portuguese friends that want to visit Amurica. I say to them, at your own peril.
dont whitewash it Malcolm… call it what it is… IMPERIALISM
Expecting Ro to be omniscient seems unfair, but I do agree that it’s disappointing because that means we have to watch him closer. I’m glad that he’s still someone who responds to his voters’ concerns.
Wrong. Why the fuck does Ro Khanna get a fucking pass????
That is bullshit.
People talk about Progressives being wishy-washy is TRUE if you allow him to get away with this shit.
Malcolm is right on that one, and Stef (sorry to say) is wrong.
Ro Khanna has dropped from being someone that Progressives can believe in, to another politician that talks pretty. His first response should have been NOT to endorse anyone, until he saw what their policy positions are. He then gives a Double-Super-Dooper-Special endorsement of BOTH, and what happens…
Progressives are pissed AND Crowley is pissed and ready to shiv Ro Khanna asap!
Appears Ro Khanna’s 3-dimensional chess move just made him look like a tic-tac-toe hack.
Emma Vigeland used a phrase during the election coverage which I’m going to remember and use… referring to Kevin De Leon, she said he is a needle that can be moved. (As opposed to Feinstein, who I never trust to move, no matter what she says.)
While I share your disappointment over the Crowley endorsement, I still see Ro as a needle that can be moved. As evidenced by his endorsement of Ocasio-C which happened within 24 hours of shit hitting the fan.
Yes, we need to watch him closely. We need to watch all of them closely.
I’m more concerned about the new DNC rules change wherein Tom Perez gets to decide who can run as a Democrat or not, based on Perez’ interpretation of whether a person has been sufficiently loyal to the party. This appears to be a clear attempt to head Bernie off in 2020.
If so… talk about shit hitting the fan. The Democratic Party cannot win without Bernie, but they don’t want to win with him.
If so… Working People Party, here I come.
Agreed. The new DNC Loyalty Test is not only short-sighted, but stupid.
The Dem party must either evolve back to a more progressive party, or lose millions of new & younger voters. Millennials are not buying the Lesser of Two Evils argument, that older Progressives might have settled for. It’s stupid in that they are so ham-fisted & obvious in their machinations, that Progressives can see their trickery a mile away.
I only hope Bernie will see it as well. I fear he will run, and then the DNC will deny him AGAIN. It will be like Jimmy says, “What will he have accomplished for Progressives in 4 years?” If that happens, it will be Trump or Pence in 2020. No corporate Dem can win if progressives are demoralized ONCE AGAIN.
The longer it takes, the more likely the Establishment will ALWAYS be 2-steps ahead of Progressive goals.
But this is only the first layer of being raped by the American Election Kabuki Theater. The Dems will do a number on you, and then the voter suppression will kick in, and then you will go to the polls and find that Bernie loses 51 to 49. But the Exit Polls will show that there is about a 45 % difference and that will get washed under the rug and you Cucks will accept this. I have moved recently and there is a young whippersnapper with spunk, and he says that we don’t know the power that we have. And he is right. We need to get down to the election offices now and start demanding that people have a right to vote, period. What are you afraid of, cops? It is already too late to start for the primaries, but get off your couches and start acting as if your life depends on it. This election cycle, it does.
Chetzmom –
Because people are not perfect. Have you watched Ro’s talk with Jimmy? It was very candid and open. It is a learning experience. We can’t throw away good people.
You are right that people are imperfect and one should be given chances to explain themselves, but there are a few lessons to be learnt from Ro’s Crowley endorsement. I liked Jimmy’s interview but there’s something he didn’t go into, most likely because progressives did not highlight this aspect clearly enough when expressing outrage over the endorsement.
In terms of campaign finance, there are bad examples in every state, age or race demographic of Congressmen but New York is the absolute worst of the worst.
Among the 27 elected congressmen from NY, only one – Sean Patrick Maloney breaks double digits – being at 10 % wrt small (< $200) dollar donations as a part of their overall campaign finances. And Joe Crowley is a walking symbol, and in many ways a massive cause of the problem. His entire reputation is built on being the guy who connects house Democrats to big donors.
Justice Democrats have many platform elements, but the only non-negotiable one (and hence the most important one) is getting the influence of money out of politics. That's why Crowley's endorsement is much more than not endorsing a Justice Democrat, it shows Ro as being not really serious about money in politics, instead using it as a talking point or a token action element. This endorsement makes perfect sense when you see how bad his own campaign finances are (~ 5% in <$200 donations) , as opposed to Tulsi Gabbard or Beto O Rourke, who actually worked to pull their own small dollar donations into the mid 40 percents post Bernie's run.
You can speculate about what else he may not be serious about. He has good intentions (seemingly) on matters of war and surveillance, but it's a whole different thing being a Democrat now in the house minority vs what the vote is going to look like when he's actually voting on legislation that has a chance to pass.
But at the very least, on matters of money out of politics, I will take my glasses off, like Roz in Monsters Inc. and say – "I'M WATCHING YOU RO ! ALWAYS WATCHING ! ALWAYS !!"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtWBlDC2-ss
Ah yes, desimurgi, you hit the nail on the head…
Justice Dems only have one non-negotiable issue that is the sole reason they have defined themselves as a singular group within the party. They are suppose to be unwavering on this point and not just another progressive Democrat. Money (specifically Corporate Mega Money) out of Politics.
I think this is why Ro’s action made me so angry.
He did not endorse your average, liberal Dem candidate, but an absolute perfect example of what Justice Dems are suppose to be fighting against!
It’s as if Rep. Gazelle decided to trust & encourage Rep. Cheetah in planning his dinner menu.
Rep. Cheetah has promised not to dine in front of Rep. Gazelle.
But he would love to work with him again in the future.
chetzmom, I finally got around to watching Jimmy’s 40-minute interview with Ro, and I highly recommend you watch it too.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LRoZBkPhYU&list=UU3M7l8ved_rYQ45AVzS0RGA&index=12
They specifically address the issues you raise — Jimmy is very hard-hitting and Ro responds to each point. While I agree that we all need to KEEP HOLDING FEET TO FIRE, and never stop watching and criticizing when they do the wrong thing, I remain cautiously supportive of Ro Khanna.
He endorsed Kevin De Leon for the exact same reason that I (eventually) did — because it was increasingly evident that KDL was the only Dem candidate who could make the run-off, and failing to support KDL meant giving DiFi the gift of a GOP opponent in November (unacceptable!)
I jumped into Alison’s campaign from day one, with money and advocacy… but eventually was simply appalled at the amateurish clusterfuck going on there. The first big clue was the CA Dem Convention in February, where the Hartson campaign HAD NO OFFICIAL PRESENCE WHATSOEVER. Seriously WTF. Nonetheless, as a CA Dem Party Delegate, I dutifully cast my vote of “No Endorsement” in the Senate race, still planning to support Alison at that time (and she was not a choice on the ballot… like I said, a total no-show).
At the time, I wondered who was the strategy genius at the Hartson campaign who made the decision not to participate in the party convention. Later, I realized it was just total incompetence — which Cenk confirmed during the election night coverage on June 5 — they simply did not submit an application in time. Ooops. Big, big, big ooops. But also completely representative of the many Unforced Errors, missed opportunities and general incompetence of the Hartson campaign. They literally had no one on staff who knew what they were doing.
In retrospect, I wish I had cast my vote for KDL instead. He was just a few points short of winning the party endorsement. With that, he would be even more likely to beat DiFi in November. I still think he can do it. But it will be harder since he is not the official party nominee.
Anyhoo… please watch the Jimmy Dore clip. Ro is one of the good ones. He is also very smart. I do believe he is on our team.
Deb, you have every right to vote on principle for whomever you think represents your point of view. If you want to vote for the WPP, wonderful. But then don’t complain about others who support a candidate that ends up with 2% of the vote and call it a waste of time and money.
Have no fear, jaymeister, I would never describe my vote for Jill Stein in Nov 2016 as a waste of time or money. So far as the slight shade you tried to throw at me by suggesting that my ego drives me to vote for whomever I think represents my point of view… That is a very incorrect (and condescending) misrepresentation.
I vote for the candidate who will best serve the best interests of the American people. If neither of the two dominate parties nominates a candidate who will serve the people’s best interest… I will vote third party. But if Bernie runs third party (because the DNC shafts him again)… get ready for that Third Party to win.
In any case, your wording skews the real issue. If the DNC makes the decision to shaft Bernie again and alienate a huge swath of the electorate, then the DNC should not complain when it loses in 2020.
Just so we’re clear, I was not referring to Jill Stein, nor was I defending the DNC. I have said many times they haven’t earned anyone’s vote and I’m not one who begrudges Stein voters. No, I was talking about how you have criticized Cenk for going all in on a candidate that ended up with 2% in the primary and that you regret having donated to her. Should he have abandoned the fight based on polling and electoral results or is it important in the long game to stand up to corporatists with the candidate you feel best represents that cause?
Just so we’re clear, I did not criticize Cenk for going all in on his candidate.
I criticized him for DECEIVING his audience by deliberately omitting key polling information (in 4 out of 5 polls Alison was 1% or less in the final weeks leading up to June 5) and cherry-picking the ONE poll that put her higher than that, and telling his audience she was in a “statistical tie” and could make it into the run-off if only the TYT audience would give her more money — blatantly untrue. She was already dead in the water. No amount of additional cash thrown at her in the final days would have changed a damn thing. And yet, right up until June 4, he was telling his audience that she could still make the run-off, and “Give money now!”
Yes, I gave Alison money, right up until I realized she was running a terrible campaign and failing miserably to meet the basic minimum requirements of doing thing right. Then, I cancelled my monthly recurring donation to her.
I voted for Keven De Leon on June 5 because he was the far, far, far better candidate, as evidenced by the fact that he ran a far, far, far better campaign. While I think it is tacky and childish of Cenk to lie about De Leon now and say “he ran a terrible campaign!” I don’t begrudge him that childishness.
I never said Cenk should abandon the fight, since he believed in Alison. But he should not have lied to his audience, and begged them for money as late as June 4, on the grounds that Alison might still make the run-off. He should have come clean and told the truth.
And for the record… I am no stranger to lost causes. A considerable percentage of my near-60 years on this planet have been spent tilting at windmills.
But I don’t ask other people to give money when the cause is lost. It is wrong to deceive people and take advantage of their trust in you, to ask them to give money, and tell them the cause is NOT lost… when, in fact, it is.
I understand Cenk is a child, with a child’s impulses and a child’s desire to believe. But he crossed the line when he deliberately deceived his audience.
Kind of like how we were deceived into donating almost 2 million dollars for the hiring of reporters… then, this week, we learn that one of the most excellent of those reporters has been fired, for lack of high ratings (!) Funny, but during the TYT fundraising drive a few years ago, I don’t recall Cenk saying “We’ll hire great reporters, and then fire them if their ratings are not high enough.”
No, he said the reporters would be digging up stories, which is exactly what Nomiki did — I have learned so much from her many stories and interviews, she kicks ass over any on-air “news host” in that department (and, I suspect, that is one reason for her firing — perhaps some of the junior and less qualified on-air hosts resented the excellent credentials Nomiki was raking up, with her excellent investigative journalism… by comparison, reading The Guardian every morning to find your news stories of the day does not compare well…)
Cenk is shredding his own credibility when he deceives his audience. Sad to say, since I’ve been watching him since the days of Public Access TV, but he is becoming a caricature of himself.
I am 100% with you on the Nomiki thing. She was a shining light at TYT and I too learned so much from her work. It is absolutely shameful that Cenk has not made any kind of statement about this move. I was no Hannah fan but her firing needs to be explained too. Since Cenk is now holding townhalls for members it is imperative that every member deluge him with this question and make sure he “keeps it real”. I really didn’t care so much about the YouTube TV thing, but Nomiki’s firing goes against the grain of what Cenk’s stated vision for the network was a couple of years ago. We need to hold the line on this. Steve better explain this too.
Except, the Working People’s Party endorsed Crowley. The WPP said they had to draw the line somewhere and they thought Alexandria was too far left and she couldn’t win.
There is no mention of the Working People’s Party endorsing Crowley anywhere in his website list of endorsements. Not saying they didn’t. I just think it is peculiar that he makes no mention of it — one would think he’d have been happy to mention that.
There is this, on his endorsement page:
New York Working Families Party Director Bill Lipton said, “Joe Crowley has supported key WFP priorities including the Fight for $15 and immigration reform. We’re confident he will continue to fight for New York’s working families in Congress, and that’s why we’re supporting his campaign for re-election to the US House of Representatives.”
It is very common for organizations to back the candidate they think will win (and most people assumed Crowley would win) — many that backed Hillary over Bernie cited that as their reason (though in many cases, it was an executive decision made by org leaders based in Washington DC in direct contradiction of the desires of most of their own membership). In politics, they seek to curry favor with the winning candidate, for obvious pragmatic reasons.
I hope that AOC’s crushing victory sends a clear message to the WFP that now is the time to be BOLD and not to apologize for the desire to promote policies AND CANDIDATES who truly fight for the people. Pragmatism has its place. But this is the time for the Left to be bold.
If the most prominent justice democrat doesn’t endorse a fellow JD, what is the point of him signing on? I’ve liked a lot of what Khanna says, but the fact he represents siliCON valley has made me wary. The double endorsement was as bad as the lack of endorsement. This screams of “I’m a centrist and I want those corporatists and centrists to like me”. this type of disingenuous double speak is exactly what progressives are tired of from the dems. Since Cenk had a big announcement and played his super happy music when Khanna signed on, shouldn’t there have been just as much outrage about this on the main show? Maybe that would create monetizing conflicts which has become so taboo it’s disgusting at TYT
please watch Jimmy Dore’s interview with Ro — Jimmy is very hard-hitting, and Ro responds with good answers. See my notes to Chetzmom above.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LRoZBkPhYU&list=UU3M7l8ved_rYQ45AVzS0RGA&index=12
I will. I do have a knee-jerk reaction to losing trust in politicians, but I will watch the video and give Ro a chance. Thanks for the tip
When are we going to ditch the term “family separation” and start calling it what it is: kidnapping. No one knows where the children are.
And who has supported the fascist leaders of Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua, lending them
armaments to tear up these countries from within and we wonder why these children and Mothers tflee for their lives—- yes you got it—-the deep state.
What happened to the ideal of JFK to spend taxpayers money on the ideal of building up other stable countries and doing good for them rather than selling them guns and bombs, military training and sucking their resources and sowing discord?
The people need major structural change with basic democratic principles and humanity.
Thanks for clarification Debtee.
Just like the cages and kennels TigerSwan and MortonCo Sheriff’s office used to incarcerate Native Americans and protesters at Standing Rock. smdh
With you Jimmy on PTSD if I listen to the audio of the misery of the crying children. As an adoptee from the 1950s, and a current grandma of a toddler who speaks Spanish and says Mami and Papi, both trauma and rage bubble to the top for me.
Check out the hearing on FB held by HouseDem Women today (21June). Pelosi was so useless with a sickening amount of times pinning the current treachery on Drumpf instead of making it stick to the cowardly Repugs. RepJayapal is AWESOME though. Excellent eyewitness experts testified, which makes it worth watching. But nothing addressed in terms of who holds or is making databases of kids and families and locations, no numbers by location. Now I am hearing a former ICE director say it is likely MOST KIDS will never see their parents again.
OMG… PTSD setting in for me all week.
Sorry for being dim, but who is RepJayapal? Good luck with your PTSD. Go out and walk, swim, put on a comic and laugh, or cry. I have decided to let the tears come every once in a while. I am outraged that the Parkland movement has not embraced the Green Revolution and also taken on an Anti-War Stance. Does anyone have a way to contact them. They are too naive if they think they will go to the voting booth and make a change.
Once again, Malcolm rocks the best t-shirts.
I wear my Deep State shirt to events populated by supposedly politically-savvy people, and am always surprised how few people get it. Some do. And, they REALLY love that shirt.
At one recent party, the shirt started a whole group exercise in coming up with sports that would be played in the Deep State athletics department. Very funny.
Thanks, Malcolm!
As to shaming those ICE agents in public, I’d say the greater effect would be to put pressure on the institutions serving them in a dignified but direct manner. Call the manager over, tell him you are leaving, pay unless he offers to cover your meal and tell him you cannot eat or use a service that serves such vile people. In public, turn your back to them. Silent protest is very effective. Don’t expect you will be treated any better by police or the media. Just because they now have the legal means to bypass our rights only shows that the government has always held citizenry in contempt. There are no protections for us when we speak out, even non-violently. If you are going to stand up and publicly deny the authorities actions, you will have to accept you will be called a social or civil terrorist, and while being detained, your very existence is resisting. The likelihood is you will be hurt.
I know what ya’ll are talking about. The first Daron and Soilent Green. I am an old Young Turk. I am 53
Matthew: thanks for the Juneteenth shout-out!
Sorry! “Malcolm”
AP has always been the best reason to pay monthly subscription to TYT. It is rapidly becoming the only reason.
The main show is spiraling downward in a sea of MSM talking points and shallow, ignorant coverage — coverage that would be less ignorant if Ana and Cenk would simply avail themselves of the excellent information supplied on TYT Politics (that sub-channel on the other side of the tracks) by real reporters who are doing excellent work.
The firing of Nomiki Konst is disturbing all by itself — her excellent reporting and interviews was one of the best things about TYT — but the failure of TYT to inform its viewers of what is going on… is truly troubling.
Classy as always:
Nomiki Konst

From interviewing Jeremy Corbyn to spending months in Puerto Rico, to delving deep into campaign finance to burying myself in dozens of books for TYT Interviews, to getting attacked by police and smoke bombed at protests — it’s been the greatest privilege working as a correspondent for The Young Turks. Thank you to the viewers and fans for *literally* investing in me. Thank you to those who trusted me to share their stories. These were special stories to cover at a significant time. I often felt like a teacher and a student – learning as I was reporting for our engaged and passionate audience.
Quite frankly, I took a risk jumping from cable news commentating to going out into the field reporting for an independent news network. And damn, am I happy I got on the ground and into the weeds with the movement.
Independent journalism is more important now than ever. Where you can, however you can, I encourage you to keep giving to independent media.
Stay tuned for more direct movement work from me. And, as always, jump on twitter to hear more in real time.
WTF is going on? God damnit! This is seriously smells of external interference (even to the suggestion that she is a little to strident or some shit). Jesus Christ on a Jumped Up Pony!
Ugh. This is not good.
Has TYT addressed why she was fired? Or “voluntarily” resigned?
I haven’t seen anything anywhere, and we are not the only one asking.
It’s interesting that 2 of the member-funded reporters are both gone, Jordan & Nomiki, we can only assume for different reasons. I say “assume” since TYT hasn’t said anything about why Nomiki suddenly is gone!
Also interesting that they are not developing any shows like AP.
The 2 new shows, John’s & Ana’s, are both behind a fire-wall and each are varying degrees of progressives. Both more concerned with Trump+Russia than anything else. Both STILL cannot hide their disdain & condescending attitude toward Jill Stein voters and AP’s politics.
“Both STILL cannot hide their disdain & condescending attitude toward Jill Stein voters and AP’s politics.”
That’s probably ok, because I cannot hide my disdain for those 2 no growth gossip googlers who think of themselves as some kind of champion analysts. That’s how it should be.
LOL. John and Ana are the self-important little kids who sit in the front row, kiss the teacher’s ass, and narc on other kids.
With the good reporters being fired, and the non-reporters being elevated with new shows… perhaps the new slogan for TYT should be “MSNBC for Millenials”
Spot on comment. She seems to yell at the camera in case anyone had the audacity to think that HRC was going to be WWIII but with a really nice jump suit. I saw the influence of the Swiss media on those elections, and it was going to be business as usual if it was Hillary or Donald. Hillary is a money laundering machine, which is the Swiss national sport. Donald was made to sign the Tax Cuts, which is the Swiss National Sport. I need to decide if I let AP drop and not renew my TYT donation, since I would rather give directly to Jimmy.
We had a trial of a dual citizen in Switzerland that was also a Guatamalen Prison official that was on trial in Geneva. Funny, they always had videos of him and his family in ties for the trials. He probably was a graduate of the School of the Americas, And Cuba has the largest medical school in the world for all student from Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Cuba are the terrorists? –
AP might be the best reason to subscribe, but this week’s Old School was worth the month’s fee on its own.
Perhaps Nomiki did not deliver enough mullah..After all her videos, especially the PR ones, did not have that many views…
After all, TYT is for profit business, not some activist site only. It just so happens that the progressive movement thanks to Bernie Sanders is filling TYT’s pockets as well. Fact.
You write funny. Fact.
I am tired of hearing about the same topic of immigration nonstop
Awesome. They put the show up in a timely manner. Thank you TYT. Way to be professional and proactive to your members.
Positive reinforcement. I dig it.
Remember, just like Trump, Obama campaigned on ending the wars etc.. and delivered nothing.
Sorry Malcolm those ICE agents choose to do that job knowing what they are doing. They could quit and find another job but they choose to “follow orders.” If you want to do that job then guess what, people are going to think you are a pos. Screw them.
Justice Democrats are to draw in corporate dems?! Im totally confused as all of their platforms are progressise AF.
No, they said that Justice Democrats were to PRIMARY and get RID OF corporate Dems. Then Ro Khanna, one of the first ones, recently supported a…..corporate Dem. Ro Khanna is a shill for the establishment, too much ‘smells’ about him and what he does/says. He was even chosen by the establishment to propose an INFERIOR job plan, as were shills Robert Reich, Cory Booker, Gillebrand, and who knows what else. They know of the EXCELLENT Job Guarantee proposal, but they ‘hide’ it and try to gain support for proposals that do NOT give workers the power and control, and WILL keep us desperate for poverty wages. The GOOD federal Job guarantee plan is put out by professors of economics at Levy Institute. Here is one of the professors talking about it, and warning against BAD aspects of inferior proposals. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n3nkI6dJjjk&t=2907s
Debtee ~ AGREED!
The Ro Khanna Fans Apology Tour keeps chugging along.
No matter how politically calculated, how do you endorse someone who’s very existence (Crowley-appointed by his predecessor, swimming in Corporate cash, doesn’t live in or send his kids to his districts schools) is suppose to be the exact OPPOSITE of what you stand for!?!
TYT’s silence on Ro’s swift-shiv to another Justice Dem (he did it to Alison Hartson too)is deafening.
