Homemade edibles and commercial edibles are totally different! Commercial edibles (probably available in CA now?) list the exact mg of THC – if you are looking for a relaxed high just 5mg can get you there, obviously factoring in weight, personal tolerance, and whether you’re consuming them when full or on an empty stomach.
Homemade edibles can be wonderful but people who are not experienced with weed should proceed with caution. Unless your friend is a scientist they probably don’t know their exact THC content and only judge from personal experience. I usually nibble on mine over the course of an hour or two for a steady, gradual high. Obviously can’t do that if you didn’t expect them to be weed goods of course – edibles should be labeled to prevent this kind of thing :)
This is my first TYT comment and of course i’m commenting on how to best consume bud, ha
You started with a high note…
Get it?
High note?
High?

Great Post Game, but I cannot find Brett’s show that you guys talked about, “Happy Half-Hour” was it? Is it on the network?
They make it for Youtube TV so its only available if you are subscribed there
Hey!!! How many of you play fantasy football? I would like to start a 12 team league with fellow TYT members or fans. Let me know!!!
Ana, when Charlie is gone, and hopefully that is a long long time from now, it will change you forever. The key will be to learn to transition from living in grief to learning to live with him in your heart and soul. For some of us it’s a slower process than for others, but living to honor what they meant to you and what they taught you is the greatest way to memorialize them. You have a great support system, you will get through it.
Smoke weed every day
Parks and Rec is waaaaaay better than The Office.
And I really like The Office.
Hello people, activated charcoal before bed will absorb all the toxins from the alcohol! Youall are like, getting older is just a downhill slide, but you’re not thinking about this: as you get older, you learn more tricks! Ana, try posture therapy via the Egoscue Method-there are clinics in SoCal, his book is called Pain Free. Youall need to stop this BS about no more running, I’m old.
A pet owner’s sadness, once their pet passes, is a sign that the pet was loved and had a good life.
I love that they all watch the Office when they’re high! I’m from the Midwest and was just in Oregon so I tried some legal edibles and I ended up just watching the Office in my hotel room. LOL
So, how do people not realize they’re eating edibles? They have a very distinct taste.
Insurance paying for something in America, that’s a laugh.
Re: Pet Insurance…. YES! Everyone should have it for their pets… if you don’t have to use it, that’s great! But man, you never know…. We insured my dog at 8 weeks old when we brought him home…. at 9.5 weeks he was sick with bone pain/growing pains…. And then again at 14 weeks, same thing…. And then at 10 months, he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia, and has had 1 Total Hip Replacement in December. And will get the other side done probably next year. The surgery alone was almost $11,000 CAD. Because of insurance, we only paid around $980…. And that doesn’t include the imaging/diagnostics before hand.
Yes a cheaper surgery exists, but he wasn’t even a year old yet and the other surgery isn’t as recommended in large breeds, and doesn’t offer the same quality of life as they age. (it removes the femoral head, and forms a scar tissue joint instead) Whereas his fake titanium hips will outlive him! Having insurance allowed us to not even question what surgery we would do, or could afford… It allowed us to just give him the best care, immediately.
I was 7 years old when “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” premiered (I know, I’m ancient). My parents were fans from her work on “The Dick Van Dyke Show” and Mary (then “Rhoda” and “Phyllis”) joined “The Carol Burnett Show”, “All in the Family”, “The Wonderful World of Disney”, in the lineup of shows I would watch with my big sister and every week without fail, and our mother joined us most of the time. I was also a fan of TYT back when it was just Cenk and Ben hosting and remember when a shy and bashful Ana Kasparian first started to occasionally come on set to do a story or two. Cenk would often tease Ana, and she would blush and get all flustered. In a way I’ve come to see the real Ana Kasparian make the same journey from meek, shy but determined neophyte to confident and accomplished professional as the fictional Mary Richards. I still have clear memories of watching the series finale of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”, with my mother & sister openly weeping and me doing my best to hide the fact that I was crying too. My big sister had Cystic Fibrosis and died shortly before her 20th birthday, and my mother is in assisted care back in Georgia. I’ll be 55 in a couple of months and have health issues, so I probably won’t be around long enough to see the day if/when Ana leaves TYT, and I’m glad for that, because for me I fear it would probably be the series finale of “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” all over again.
Your comment got me all teary Tommygun
Tommygun264 what a sweet tribute…your writing is lovely:)
That was hilarious, loved them comparing the show to The Office, that was so cute. Also I really wanna know what episode Ana was drunk for now and rewatch it, haha.
This was 100% my favorite post game in a while. I LOVE Kim whenever she’s on. Cannot wait to play the “omg is Ana drunk” game on Thursdays.
All my faves, only missing Brett, but there in spirits… get it?
So speaking of healthcare
We were moving something for my mom and she dropped her side without warning us and it cut my husband’s hand pretty badly. She FORCED us to go to her doctor because she knows him and he lives close and “ERs overcharge”. He did stitches but because it was a family doctor he ended up charging us like 3x as much as the ER would have been. He charged some insane random amount for the stitches, and my husband works for a hospital so we got a break down of what it should have cost and it was soooo much more. But there is no way to really dispute or check that they can kind of just be like “well yeah that’ll be x amount of dollars”
This was 3 years ago and my husband still barely speaks to my mom lol
Also you guys are totally wrong it’s GIN that is the best… dry and dirty
Best Post Game since I’ve joined! Thanks, guys! That shit was hilarious!
Mark continues to be the best. Ana as well, keeps it 100 and now I gotta buy pet insurance. Kim is an all star and brings up the quality for every show she’s on. An excellent Post Game, more of this panel. Also, why is called Vegan when we don’t eat Veegtables; that’s not how the word sounds…
Because if you pronounced it the other way it would sound like you were from another solar system.
