    1. Hour one + hour two = roughly 1 hr and 40 min. Previous hour one was 1 hr 10 min thus this hour two is 29 min. There was an hour two a little bit ago that was over 40 min… because the hour one was about 55 min.

  1. C’mon people….you’re really surprised….you REALLY didn’t know that “tough on crime” has always meant “I put away any black that crosses my path”…..because the people who voted for them or the politician that put them in did. That’s what makes me pull out my hair about Cenk. YES!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY DO IT ON PURPOSE!! These judges have track records of sentencing, Twitter comments, visits to Daily Stormer; or are close with people who do, and you say it’s “unconscious!?” BULLSHIT!! Spencer and other like minded people have said openly they are looking at police, judges, teachers/professors, and government as places to infiltrate, spread their ideology and make change in reverse. Why on earth would you then say they don’t mean it?? Are they all popping Ambien before they try a case???…..it’s just frustrating….

  2. To: Cenk and Ana (and everyone else in the media)

RE: Understanding the unwavering support for Trump by his supporters

Stop trying to figure out why! There is only one answer and it is one that none of you are able to see because it is so simple (forest though the trees kinda thing) The answer is not about Trump. It is about us, the other side. (Dems, libs, sane Republicans and conservatives etc.) IT IS ABOUT HATING US! PERIOD! IT IS ABOUT NOT ADMITING THAT WE ARE RIGHT. EVER! IT IS ABOUT NOT LETTING US HAVE ANY THING TO SAY TO THEM THAT THEY WERE WRONG. THAT’S IT. NOTHING ELSE! Pride is an extremely strong emotion. So is hate. And they will NEVER admit that to themselves or to us. They know he is guilty. They know he is a horrible person. But instead of facing those facts…..they will fight us to the very end.

  3. RE Cindy Garcia. Shit like this is why I’m glad that I left the US five years ago. There is NOTHING that Trump can do to shake his support with this people. That’s why I honestly won’t be surprised to see him reelected at this point.

Additionally, Trump is not an aberration. He’s a manifestation of the angry/resentful portion of the US.

    1. I know I shouldn’t get cocky, but there’s no chance Trump gets re-elected. The only way that happens is if the dems nominate: hillary clinton, nancy pelosi, or george soros lol. Seriously tho- He won by ~80K votes over 3 states. By nominating someone not awful, it’s a lock. He has lost SOME supporters, moderate/middle/undecided voters will overwhelmingly go with the non-awful democrat this time, and every single person on the political left will show up to vote. Trump will lose by at least 10 million votes in 2020.

      1. Don’t underestimate Trump’s silent support.

42% of people approve of his performance and typically a president will be able to sway 7-10% more people to vote for him making his potential vote count in 2020 between 49 and 52. In 2010 Obama’s approval numbers were 42% and he won the 2012 elections with 52% of the vote.

Plus do not underestimate the nihilistic nature of the some segments of champagne progressives who still think that if things become worse people will go further left and that ideology does not matter. Well, the central and eastern European experience tells us otherwise because despite crisis after crisis the fascists there go from one electoral victory to another.

  4. In regards to sentencing with black and white offenders. I was 19 years old and made the stupid decision to sell drugs. I got caught and went to prison for 2 years. I had never been in trouble before. I got my time and didn’t complain. Turned myself in and took my punishment like a man. While I was waiting to be shipped off to prison classification, I met another person in the jail who had a fairly long rap sheet who was there for violating his probation for the SECOND time. He got the same amount of time I did. The difference was that he got his time SUSPENDED, and had the opportunity to be free until he messed up. The judge gave him a second chance after he violated his conditions the first time. It wasn’t until his SECOND time violating that the judge finally gave him his the two years. According to him, had he stayed out of trouble for the 2 years, he would have had his record cleared for this charge. He had the same judge I had and was a white guy while I am black. I thought that was odd but didn’t think much of it until now. I got NO second chance. It was lock him up and be done with it. I admit that I was to blame for my actions. But what bothers me is that this other guy who had a record, and clearly didn’t take his multiple chances seriously got far better treatment than I did. Who knows what I would have been able to accomplish if I was offered the same break. Maybe things would have turned out much different. The fact is that I will never know.

    1. I’m glad you’re out and I hope you’re doing well. I don’t think either of you should have served jail time, but the fact that he got a second chance and you didn’t is completely unjust. Hopefully prison/CJ reform is on the way, but that doesn’t help the millions of people who have already served years and decades in prison.

      1. Thanks for the encouraging words @cwalker751. In my case, the fact that I got the one felony put me in a very self destructive mindset. I just said to hell with it, since I already have this conviction, and won’t have any ability to have a good job in the future I might as well not stop. So after I got out, I continued to sell drugs. I made a LOT of money, sold multiple kilo’s of Cocaine and lived well. Until I was busted the second time by the Feds. They gave me a 10 year mandatory minimum sentence. My prior conviction made me eligible for an enhancement totaling 20 years. I just happened to have a judge by the name of Barbara Jacobs Rothstein. A very fair judge who was a Democrat. While the prosecutor was pushing for 20, she showed me mercy and sentenced me to 10. In total, I have done 12 or more years in prison.

Again, I realize that my bad choices led me to that situation. But if I was given a chance at the beginning, I may not have ended up spending so much of my adult life in prison. Like I said before, I had never been in trouble before, and could have taken advantage of being given a chance. Back then, there were no “boot camp” diversion programs or the like. Clinton was elected about a year after I started my first prison sentence and George H W Bush was pushing for very harsh sentences. There was a whole different mindset for sentencing, and a no tolerance attitude sent many Americans away for long periods of time. I had a good support system in my family, and that probably would have made the difference in my not re-offending.

  5. On the televangelist, no tears shed for the idiots he bilks out of their cash. This is just a form of economic Darwinism. A tax on stupidity if you will.

  6. I don’t think Republicans sentencing women to lesser sentences than men on average is something that proves that they are not sexist or are defenders of women in any way. It’s probably because they subconsciously think of women as weak and in need of protection, so lesser of a threat. I’m sure if they measured cases against women that offended Republican “Christian” values they’d be super willing to punish them as much as they possibly could.

    1. Yeah. I was wondering to myself how a “generic” Republican judge might act if they were somehow aware that a woman, for instance, had had an abortion, regardless of the crime committed. I bet the pattern would start to flip under circumstances like that.

      1. Heller, MrsAngelD, (clever name) regarding your two questions.

Question 1. In the final movie of the critically acclaimed series ” Prophesy ” . Which the world was informed of this news by Christopher Walkin. Hour 1 accidentally, slipped in.

Question 2. This goes for Question 1, as well. COME ON give the TYT s little time. They’ll eventually get around to it.

        later,
        I hope, I helped.
