  1. Maybe I’m just me, but if a very overtly socially conscious rapper like Kendrick Lamar brought me up on stage and wanted me to rap along to a song with the n-word in it and I were white, I’d be expecting it to be a setup.

  2. When Bolton says the “Libyan Model,” does he mean North Korea will soon have slave markets?
When people talk about bombing Syria, or whoever, for humanitarian reasons…why are we not bombing and attacking Libya? Open slave markets are NOT a humanitarian disaster?

Or is it because the Saudis don’t give a shit what happens in Libya.
Which means neither does the US.

  3. Ana still does not understand it. Trump voters care about ideology (embassy, rapture, guns) not policy and will always vote this way.

  4. Beto O’Rourke is on that list, as well. Sometimes you gotta listen to your viewers in Texas when they told you he WASN’T Progressive, even though he’s turning down PAC money. You need to call people like him out, too

  5. Woo Hoo! I got my TWISTY-TWIST! :-) I love you Ana! Now you just have to give me a TYT RE-CREATION and I’ll be happy!

  6. My sister went stop saying the n word. She isn’t racist, but for some reason she thinks she can say it because she like “gangster culture” and black men, what ever she means by that. It is legitimately the most uh uncomfortable thing she does despite the fact everyone keeps begging her to stop.

    1. They’re saying that if Fox News existed back then, he would have been neither impeached nor forced to resign. I’d like to think that Republican politicians were a little more principled then, but who knows for sure?

    2. And if he was it would have failed. Dems did not have the 67 votes needed and at least 30 republicans were on record that they will vote against it.

Republicans were just as partisan back then as they are now.

  7. Its about having some respect for all the black people in the room at the concert that arent her friend and arent cool with hearing her say that. She wouldnt do it out loud in a mall or at school. She shoulda had the presence of mind to not do that. He didnt crucify her, he let her finish, maybe he could have told the crowd to chill, she just got alil too excited its not the worst crime but if he didnt check her…. career over.

    1. Kendrick Lamar probably was expecting her to self-edit n*gg*. That word is a no-no for non-Black people, particularly White people. I’m open for a conversation about whether Black people should use it; but as far as I’m concerned White people should not use it. It’s weird to me that they want to use it. I don’t use any of the words Latinos, specifically Mexicans, use to refer to themselves in music or comedy or whatever. I don’t want to use the words either and I really don’t get why White people want to say “n*gg* so badly.
He did not curse at her, yell at her, or demean her. I don’t get why Ana and Cenk are so weird about this. Maybe it’s my Black privilege:(.

      1. Anybody can use any word they want. If they use it in a way that’s actually prejudiced, then sure, they should be called out for it. But this is total bs. She was just singing his song the way he wrote it and sings it himself. She shouldn’t be put on the spot for that. She did nothing wrong.

        1. I disagree. There’s a reason news anchors and such don’t repeat it when reporting on stories when other people say it. It’s super weird to me that folks, particularly White ones, want to say it no matter the context. Her saying it was worse than him stopping the music and just telling her not to sing that one word. Most non-Blacks who understand the Black experience in America and not just enjoy the music and other entertainment cultivated from that experience probably wouldn’t be so nonchalant about repeating it just because it’s in song they like.

    2. It was a setup. You don’t invite a fan up to sing a song with you and then stop the music to chide them for doing so in front of all those people. That’s bs. She did nothing wrong, he did.

  8. This is not a joke…that money goes to The American People and Those _______ can rot in jail or hell! No f$$$cking less than $130,000 per PERSON!! We know they have more…spread it around the World…If we do not start out Equal than there will be room To Wiggle! Math people! How many lives have been affected/effected? Yours and everyone else!

  9. And yes, I am a long time viewer / member. Picked you up randomly on YouTube in 2015 and got hooked.

    1. Nice. :) Referring to one of her stories about her husband? Who also happens to be a baseball player?
