  1. EXCELLENT COMMENTARY Mr. Rather as usual! I grew up on you. My father was a avid watcher and respected you greatly as I do. I am so pleased to see you using your experience, good sense and passion to do great things. I know how hard it is to speak out! THANK YOU

  2. Thanks so much for your show, lots of good info in a 30 min. weekly spot. I lived in KS for 13 years and am quite familiar with the “rapture” people as Sam Brownback was one & look what happened with him. When he was still a senator, i called him the Rapture king of K Street. I hope we see & hear more of you in the future.

  3. The Podcast of this isn’t working? It shows up as a video, but doesn’t play.

Is there a Podcast link for the audio version?

  4. Dear Mr. Rather, Thank you so much for this weekly immersion into the most critical issues we need to understand. As an engineer I always have two questions: What can be done to fix the problem? and How can I personally contribute to the solution? This practice by greedy investors to hollow out US companies by burdening them with debt to the point they can’t operate is unconscionable. What can Congress do to stop it? What can any of us do?

  5. Do you guys even know that the podcast is broken? The link goes to a picture of Dan rather than an audio file.

  6. This show makes me so happy on many levels. Pure nostalgia, for one — the soothing, trusted voice from my childhood, putting today’s news in perspective. And, for the added depth Rather brings to TYT.

Thank you, Dan Rather, for joining the TYT team and lending your gravitas to the new generation’s news source.

  7. Why can’t you air this program live on YouTube? The interns you hired are in desperate need of training. Two weeks in a row, I have had to watch it after the fact. Not live.

  8. That cut off abruptly, and usually this program is 3-4 minutes longer, which makes me think we’re missing out on Dan’s closing bit, when he adds his own context, and final sign off.

  9. Senator Tammy Duckworth, a phenomenal woman and role model.

Thank you, Mr. Rather. Too bad Monday only comes once a week. If it were possible I would watch you every evening, Monday to Friday, just like in the old days!

    Blessings
