  1. as an elder in my community i was touched by ana story and will share with my community that there is much beauty and love still in our world

  2. Ana’s reaction to the Muslim American adopting terminal ill kids is why I love TYT and even more why I love Ana.

  3. Thanks for sharing Ana.

God bless you Mohamed Bzeek, and God bless you Cenk. Keep fighting the good fight brother.

  4. I love these real Post Games.. It’s so refreshing to hear Ana talk about the hopelessness you feel after hearing these stories day after day.. I share that anxiety and near-depression symptoms. It’s hard to work, and talk with coworkers wondering what they think or what someone might do at any moment– could I be shot today? Sounds dramatic of course, but I’ve been robbed at gunpoint twice, which only adds to the day to day anxiety..

I can’t imagine actually having to research these stories and talk about them and present them. Hearing someones opinion on it and absorbing it is one thing, but to actually have to think about it, share your opinion, and have real discourse on it, I can only imagine gets severely overwhelming in the times that we’re in.

You’re not alone Ana, but I hope the cast of TYT know how much us members appreciate what you guys do every day.

  5. Story reminds me of while living in Milwaukee in early 90s, Chrypto bacteria was in water supply. Killed many. Baby girl with Aids contacted Crypto. Was supposed to be adopted. Adoption called off, because she had Aids & now further complication of Crypto that because of no immune system she couldn’t fight off. A gay couple, men, adopted her. She was an infant when they adopted her. With their constant amazing love and care she lived until she was 6 years old. Much longer than anyone thought was ever possible.

  6. You can find lots of Youtube videos, where the host collects examples of Ana’s apparent mistakes & alleged cruelty, all the “I’m better than you” style of exclamations while in the heat of a contentious frightening election.

I wish they would end some ofthese videos with a snippet of this here, when Ana starts to uncontrollably cry from this guy’s involvement with hopelessly ill children, with no rewards or upsides.

Every day of our history, all of us, is littered with the countless mistakes we make, with the endless acts of cruelty toward each other & even towards our own selves. All we need is one act of humanity, to demonstrate that these mistakes are not who we are.

This is the only hope we have, that we aren’t the sum total of all of our shortcomings.

  7. A Chomsky quote, about religion:

“If say–I’m thinking of a particular person but could give many examples–if a Peruvian peasant who immigrated to the United States thirty years ago and has managed to create a decent life for herself under pretty awful conditions is an evangelical Christian who has a prayer group every evening that goes to visit the sick and pray with them, I’m not going to read her a lesson in epistemology.”

  8. I greatly appreciate this thoughtful discussion about the positive aspects of various religions. Thank you, Cenk and Ana.

  9. Thank-you for getting REAL. There are hero’s among us. What would be your first impression, if the sound was off, and all you saw was his photo? Beautiful story!

  10. Joe Rogan is at the Comedy Store all the time. Still meaning to watch the JRExperiences with you two.

  11. Great stuff, know that your work is appreciated. But also, please post the Marcotte interview! I wasn’t able to watch it live.
