This is what real investigative journalism is! With Pompeo on his way to start WW III we must all stand up even stronger to confront it! With main stream media basically backing up this crime through war mongering rhetoric to keep sponsors someone with a brain has to take the lead. I have protested every war since Vietnam and it isn’t easy but I do not regret a single clubbing or macing by law enforcement! I’m proud to support you Mr. Rather and all those who do what is right no matter what! Support our military and our veterans through PEACE!
Thanks Dan Rather ; >)
As far as Sinclair goes, isn’t the complete buyout considered by name monopoly, and isn’t it called a felony? I thought monopoly ownership was only it was a small companies (or like Ford or others) if you are propaganda for the masses I thought there were laws against this happening again ( Yes it’s happen in the past, thence the laws were made in to effect.) .
“Propane and propane accessories”
Bwaaaaaaaah
Glad someone else caught that. Hanks gonna be pissed.
I’m starting to think Ford’s pardon of Nixon was a mistake. Perhaps if we had properly prosecuted Nixon, past and current presidents would have to be more accountable.
Also, the background noise during this episode is a little distracting. Hope this episode gets uploaded to youtube soon.
Thank you for speaking with such thoughtfulness and clarity to my generation. It is a wonderful contrast to what we normally hear.
Always so happy to see you and hear your take on the news. Glad you’re still out there reporting and informing.
Interesting the real reason Trump is talking tariffs..which will hurt producers in many industries including Iowa farmers, so he can negotiate access to China’s financial markets for Wall-street. More corruption. Will it ever end? Also interesting that it is the Wall Street Journal that is giving us this info. Perhaps they too see any semblance of democracy slipping away. Perhaps journalists from every ilk will be the ones to save our country from the ‘Swamp’.
Than you Dan Rather for getting back involved.
Wow! Watching Mr. Rather justifies my monthly subscription fee to TYT! Thank you, sir! Now I get why Rachel Maddow is so honored & exhilarated when you grace us with your presence!
Great information about the purpose and origination of waterboarding. Puts a whole new spin on it.
Growing up we watched Dan Rather every night on CBS. It is great to see him doing what he does best again. Thank you!
This is one of my favorite TYT shows. It’s amazing seeing the national journalist I grew up watching here on TYT! Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us, Mr. Rather.
Was that a chuckle after “propane and propane accessories” lol? Love it. (He says it twice, by accident, but it’s the first one at 12:40 ?)
Lol don’t feel bad, that show popped in like a lightshow when he said it the first time, then busted out laughing because of seeing that show so long ago. LOL
yeeeeeeeup.
Thank you, Mr. Rather. The segments on Wall Street vs, Main Street and the one on the Denver Post blew my mind. I so appreciate you taking us to a whole other level on these incredibly important stories and for giving us the priceless gift of encouragement and the how to do something about them.
Thanks Dan for putting a national spotlight on what is happening to our last remaining Denver newspaper.
dsr, I think of NPR owned by the public. And, another example of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra which is now owned by the musicians of the orchestra who hires the management. Is there a way to get the citizens of Denver to buy up the ownership of the paper or establish a new paper? There is a Chilean revolutionary song titled “The People United Shall Never Be Defeated!” We’re in a battle between We, the People, and Us, the Oligarchs.
Very upsetting to hear about this. Wasn’t aware that former owner, Singleton, sold out to Wall St hedger
This is my new favorite segment!
Hell yeah. I love the Dan Rather show!
Thanks for the quick upload!
