  1. I love MWF I would like to see you do an episode on King Henry the VIII of England and how he had his wives killed.

  2. I can’t get enough of MWF. Join TYT just for this show. Have you done an episode on Paul John Knowles? I looked in past shows and couldn’t find anything.

  3. I can’t get enough of this show. Every time it is over I think, aww, I want more. Also, I would like to see Grace as a guest host on the main show more.

  4. As a person who lived in southeast Texas (Port Arthur) for a few years when I was a tween/teenager, I have a few meaningless points of trivia to share:

    1. Vidor is pronounced with the long “I” sound. Mark got the pronunciation dead on when he did the faux southern accent.

    2. This episode of MWF is the first time that I’d ever heard anything about a “Beaumont mafia.” There are a few petty criminals in that town but no real organized crime. That was a horrible attempt at deflecting blame.

    3. Vidor is one of the most notoriously racist towns in Texas, which is really saying something. It’s basically the only town on that part of the Gulf coast with zero black people. The federal government tried unsuccessfully to integrate the public housing there in the 90s. A handful of black families volunteered to move in, and they were all run out of town by their neighbors and the local chapter of the Klan within a month.

Anyway, that’s all that I’ve got.

  5. This was a great episode I had no idea that the movie was based at all on a real story! It’s so tragic and totally always think of what happens to the kids in these situations. I know you already a did a show on Fathers Who Kill but there was a really exceptional case in Australia where this man Robert Farquarson killed his kids, you should check it out.

  6. I have a request :) can you guys cover Albert Fish? I had never heard of him, and then I came across a gross and creepy/crappy tv movie about him, then i looked him up on wikipedia… but I’m still confused as to what is known and what is fictionalized. Was he really a shit-eating pedophile real live Hannibal Lecter? Let’s find out on Murder with Friends! :D

  7. Love Mark Thompson (and Grace always) pretty solid episode. I hadn’t heard of it so it was intresting.

I am curious what happened with the campfire episodes though wasn’t there meant to be 3?

  8. Thats why I wonder about the youngest who died of a overdose maybe she new somthing but was trying to forget especially if they were isolated from the mothers family

    1. I would think your mother being murdered and most people believing it was your father would be enough to become an addict… nothing else needed

  9. When they mentions Steve Page’s family… who are they talking about?
His parents & siblings? Or his children, who were very you g at the time.

    1. Whole family. This is one of those towns were most people don’t leave so parents, cousins, siblings, etc etc etc

  10. Murder with Mark Thompson, hells yes! It’s something I never knew I wanted yet is exactly what I wanted.

The desecrating the grave thing reminded me of another case but in that one the suspected husband was just removing his wife’s family’s objects. I guess it is sort of similar.

What would kill me if I were part of Kathy’s family is that her kids got to stay with their father.

  11. Sending love to everyone at TYT! Especially to you Grace, Murder With Friends is my absolute favorite show. Keep it up! :)

  12. Grace, please do an episode on Andrea Yates or “mother’s who kill”, I think it would pair well with the “fathers who kill” episode.

    1. They covered Diane Downs, so they’ve covered at least one “mother who killed.” Interestingly when it is “fathers who kill,” they kill the entire family including the wife but when it’s “mothers who kill,” it’s only their kids who they kill.

  13. I do wonder about the kids like mums being murdered would that make sound maybe they saw something but didn’t understand it
