  3. Regarding the discussion of Trump always comparing himself to Obama and his predicessor’s presidency, I don’t think Obama’s race is why Trump is undoing anything he can of Obama’s legacy. I definitely agree that it is a massive part of his motivation but I believe it was the Whitehouse correspondences dinner, where Trump was invited but no one told him Obama was going to roast the hell out of him. I think his main motive after racism is that humiliation without a doubt.

    #1: Great episode, as always. As much as I enjoy Ana I have quickly grown like a weed to enjoy everybody, else, as well. Not justregarding those on camera…but the professional work behind the scenes, as well.

    #2: Ana, I did take the time to notice….after posting what I did BEFORE the hour…..that you do have a ring on the marriage finger. The thing is…it doesn’t look like a Diamond to me. Married or no? I have too man responsibilities with my daughter to be even TRYING to get involved with a married woman!!!

    That said…if it is not a diamond….no responsibility (OTHER than my daughter) would keep me from going out of my way to earn your trust and commitment. But that is getting ahead of ourselves…..I truly am only asking for us to have lunch.

    #3: Regarding lunch whilst regardless of your relationship status I can tell you I spent three years as the Armies FDC ( Fire Control Center) for the United States Army staring in 2007 and have very specific knowledge of things that would very much interest your viewers.

    I offer to dicsuss no because I like (though I do) but because any relationship potential is irrelevant to the fact that I can not only inform YOU…but also your viewers….on a great many things.

    The most significant thing I can say to make the point I am trying to make: I am 100% liberal and believe optimism and the pursuit of UNIVERSAL happiness makes the the world a better place…..BUT…..

    We are going to have to go to war with North Korea. It is a matter of if, and not when, adn sadly the sooner the better because time o nly makes things worse and worse.

    It *IS* a power panel! Actually, I am just now starting to watch so I will likely comment again, later.

    That stated, I was curious if you are single (by that I mean ‘married’…no ring=freedom; girl!)

                  As for my blatant come-ons towards Ana: I was sincere but didn’t know she was married. My wife died a few years back an left me to raise a loving daughter on my own.

                  Don’t mistake confidence for desperation=my point.

  8. Daca vs dreamers is speculation on what we think he knows. I speculate that he is trying to repurpose the word dreamer to exclude the Daca group. I ask, why can’t they dream also like hopefully the rest of us? Again speculation but consistent with his racist remarks: they are not equal to him or his group because they are Mexican or Latino and he has gone on record what his opinions are of this group.

  10. My Comment is about the fines that cops charge ppl. I work for an alarm company. I was shocked to find out that ppl get charged for false alarms in many cities. If an alarm goes off, no one is home, they want to be sure their business or home is safe, turns out all is OK. Its not “whew , what a relief”, its “now you owe the city $95.” Doesn’t seem right to me.

    As to Trump’s ramblings and competence or lack thereof, I’m a mentally ill nutcase and have been (diagnosed at least) for 18 of my 38 years, and I was raised by a mentally ill mother who, was (ironically?) an RN specializing in psychiatry. That said, both of us were lucky enough to be smart and have people in our lives help who helped us realize our problems, so I do and my mother did (she’s deceased now) know that I shouldn’t be President. That said let me tell that Trump is 110% insane. I am, so I know what it looks like, sounds like, and feels like to live through and I’m telling you he is. He’s also stupid. He may be rich, “successful”, married, have kids or whatever else makes him “better” than me, but he is still insane and stupid. I think he’ll probably always be insane and stupid. Perhaps he likes being insane and stupid. I am telling all of you that he needs to be DONE, OVER (NOW!), and SAD! BABY! GET SMART! But this guy just can’t be President, period. No more than I can be a Smurf. Someone who claims to love him in his family or whatnot, PLEASE for the love of all that is good TELL HIM. No one is doing him or us any favors anymore by telling Emperor Trump that he has no clothes. If someone doesn’t tell him so he stops or just stop him themselves WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE! SOON!     I wonder if you can even IMAGINE how INCENSED I am over what White House reps and Congress have allowed Trump to say about countries that include descendants of the Atlantic Slave Trade and many of the ancestors whom I resemble (and whose DNA is part of us all). And over how they continue to defend him instead of beginning impeachment proceedings immediately. Right at MLK weekend.

    Robert Reich is calling for a complete Congressional boycott of Trump’s ‘State of the Union’ ‘speech’ if you can go as far as call anything he spews that. Every single congressman and congresswoman. No show on that day. Think those donor corn-fed fools’ll do this? DeVos funded Cory fucking Booker? Mnuchin moocher Kamala Harris? Just watch ‘em make excuses to let this slide once again.

  17. As his dementia progresses his narcissism will get worse. He is, in fact, delusional. At least all of that is exactly how it happened with my dad. Dad (and mom) also would ask all the nurses in the hospital “who their people were” and worse yet, want to touch their eyes. Mom and dad weren’t racists like trump though.

    Aging drops their inhibitions so they become more of what they were. Trump becomes more narcissistic and more racist, he won’t respond to being ignored or trying to be molded as others would, he will escalate and the fear of course is that he would engage in behavior more destructive.

  18. Every American that voted for that “THING” in our WH will regret that vote one day. Some are beginning to feel the pain that “THING” in the WH has already done, but once that “THING” policy really take hold then we will all feel the pain and we will deserve every painful act of that “THING” has done. The only way to limit the damage that “THING” has done is to vote out every single GOP up re-election in NOV. Hopefully we will put in Justice Dems so they can reverse some of the damage that “THING” and his GOP buddies have done, if not I believe America as we knew it will go the way of ROME. and what will be left will look back on the election of that “THING” as the day America began its fall from power. That “THING” served his purpose, its just how much damage do you want that “THING” to cause to America. He destroyed the GOP that is a positive. No one believes that the GOP stands for family values anymore, right? The GOP is seen as a rich mans party. They are seen as swamp scum and that “THING” deserves the credit for that. Watch what happens in NOV, to the GOP and then ask yourself how good was that “THING” for you. Remember we get the govt we deserve. We have been the big boys on the block for far to long, we were destined to destroy ourselves, for no other country was strong enough to do it, we citizens are the ones who had to do it, so enjoy what we have left and you better start trying to reverse this shithole we have dug America into, or else don’t cry when you wake up and all is gone. Remember you rich assholes out there who think that “THING” in the WH is great for you. You have the most to lose………………

  19. “Nobody knows who is running the show.” It’s obvious–special interests, in particular, corporations who built their vast fortunes from extracting natural resources on a vast scale. Trump is so ignorant (and incurious) of the workings of the American government, and his memory seems to be wiped clean every 6 minutes or so, and his overwhelming need for approval and attention, makes him the perfect puppet for these those who are in the position (they’re rich) to take advantage of this soulless monster for their own personal profit. They are destroying the natural ecosystems that we humans depend on for clean water, air, food, and other slightly important needs through fracking poisons, hydroelectric energy, oil spills, mining wastes and ruined spawning streams, deforestation, etc. They are stealing from future generations–your children and grandchildren and those that come after them. Stealing beauty, wildness, their water and air and freedom. Personally, I chose not to increase our population.

    Trump seems to be the living definition of someone suffering from “delusions of grandeur”, insisting he is the best in anything he is talking about–the best in the world! the best ever! He definitely has the characteristics of clinical narcissism, which is similar in many ways to psychopathy.

    Right now, he is willing to give these corporations all our public lands when they don’t even want them! The corporations are actually already modifying their businesses to adapt to climate change, end of cheap natural resources to extract) and the ongoing switch from fossil fuels to cleaner alternatives. Not all of them though.

    1. Lol, the table states that all numbers are “in millions of U.S. dollars,” which the Census Bureau usually does or sometimes it’s in the billions. So that $21,638.6 is actually $21,638,600,000.

      So we have a $21 billion dollar deficit with South Korea, which really isn’t all that much for us, but it probably is for them — although the People’s Republic of China could easily make that up themselves, under their terms obviously.
