  9. Ok guys here’s a question: I want to know all the dirt about Trump so I want to read the book, but I don’t want to give money to Bannon, so do I buy this book or not? I don’t want to be COMPLICIT.

    3. The book is by Michael Wolff, not Steve Bannon. But I agree w/ thenewsebastian, pirate it anyway. Of course, the book’s sales are going to be through the roof, which will be a nice source of angst for the Cheeto in Chief; buying the book will be a way of contributing to that.
      If you do pirate it, donate the $ you would have spent to Justice Dems, or another worthy progressive cause.

You’re right gang I’m sorry I got confused there because of all the day 1 media hype about Bannon vs. Trump I somehow got it in my head that Bannon wrote the book and that’s why it was such a “betrayal” to Trump. That said, this Wolff guy seems kind of “off” to me; I don’t know why I just get a sort of slimy vibe from him & I don’t the ethics he used to write the book (not making sure people knew they were on-record, doing the fake nice Trump story a year back to get false trust, etc).

  10. I was surprised by your comment about lead in paint. I thought lead was no longer being used in paint already, for a decade or two. The issue I am familiar with is removal of old paint in residences. This is still active. You have a secondary issue where demolition debris containing old paint is disposed in a manner where the lead contaminates soils that allows exposure to kids playing on the filled ground. I did not check this and was not directly involved in the lead paint issue, so I may be wrong. However, I suggest you check your source to assure you have interpreted the issue correctly.

  14. I don’t think Cenk gets it, Trump’s administration isn’t cutting money to the EPA because they hate it. No, they just want more money to go to the Department of Environmental. Why waste money on the EPA instead? (Sarcasm and satire were intended. I apologize if that wasn’t clear based on the Department of Environmental joke)

  18. The majority, does not care about how dumb Trump is. We need a better tactic to make sure he does not win another election and more like him do not pop up thinking the “trump way” is the way to do politics.
