  1. Did you guys not just hire a bunch of investigative journalists? Might not be quite the same as a PI but could do probably as much damage.

  2. Elizebeth Warren is a poser, she reminds me of Hillary, do whatever it takes to win not what is right. If she was a true progressive and cared about the people, she would have backed Bernie not who everyone thought would win.

  3. LMBO… The Right Wingers thinks everyone is easy. Jo Easy, LMBO… WARREN easy….
    #Halirous….
If political landscape was a football field 53 yards width. The Right has a 1022 yard with until they reach out of bounds & the Left has 10 yards & that’s the unwitting agreement or the program.
The left has been abused & the Right gets it. Even my favorite news station has excepted the framing.
Cenk I think you’re starting to see ingredients baked in the cake.
    #Higher……

  4. If it’s one bite (which I am guessing it is since you called it a melon ball) it’s called an amuse-bouche. It’s a one bite intro to the meal.

    1. Or sometimes a one bite experiment with flavors. I guess it doesn’t technically have to be the intro to the meal anymore thanks to more people becoming foodies and stuff but that’s what it traditionally was. Thank you Top Chef lol

  5. Personally, I don’t like how Kamilla Harris is constantly punishing sex workers in the name of human trafficking. She claims to be anti-woman but her track record with sex workers is disappointing.

    1. I think you meant pro-woman? But yes I agree. I get really tired of so-called progressives, liberals, feminists, etc that are super anti-sex workers. The solution is to legalize and regulate. Get rid of the pimps, protect the girls (and guys actually), make sure they are being tested, support women taking over actual business roles in porn to fix that industry. But no instead they go after the bottom of the totem the sex workers themselves. They punish them where they are able and where they are not they demonize them.

  6. Fantastic post game! Can we start a vengeance fund and go after the establishment!? Use fire to fight fire and attack the corruption ??

  7. Cenk & Ana if I get rich I’m coming out & joining the Family. God I would love having the power to take those idiots out.

  8. Warren is an opportunist and not progressive. She will cozy up to the establishment Dems. The Dems have not learned a thing.

  9. This was an excellent Post Game and was on the verge of turning into an Old School episode to which Ana should be a guest more often cause she rocks! I would like to give to a Vengeance Fund, that seems like a good idea.

  10. Great Post Game! I love when they use it to talk about their more in depth opinion on news instead of opinions on their lives (which is entertaining but maybe for a different vlog/show/setting)! Love you guys! Keep up the great work!

  11. Here in small town, midwestern IL I don’t think many people know who Kamala Harris is. I only know because I heard her name here and did research. When I mentioned her name on FB my friends said, “Oh, yeah, I don’t know much about her yet.” I bet they still don’t…

  12. There are 3 reasons why Trump supporters think they can beat Warren easily. 1) Everyone in their bubble already hates Warren and every other liberal, so it’s easy for them to think that most other people do as well. 2) They have internalized misogyny and resentment toward women, which is why they also hate Hillary Clinton. They can’t stand women who don’t fit their idea of what women should be like, and so every sexist bone in their body rails against them. After all, that is a reason why at least some people voted for Trump over Clinton. 3) They forget that Hillary Clinton came very close to winning. They have deluded themselves into thinking Trump’s victory was commanding and formidable. All it would have taken is 80,000 more votes in the Midwest and she would have won. Any progressive candidate could easily make up that difference and then some.

  13. There are a lot of people, progressives like Elizabeth Warren included, who sincerely believe you have to maintain warm relations with establishment types in order to be successful and “get things done”. People in DC and in the media who are corrupted by money say that all the time. But that’s not to say Warren is in that particular crowd. Still, anyone who has interacted with people in Washington and the establishment media can tell you that that is the overwhelmingly dominant attitude. Here, Ana has correctly pointed out that such a mindset is so wrong. If you’re running for president, being cozy with establishment Democrats will be a burdening liability in 2020 because voters will hate the establishment even more than they did in 2016. Voters will be much more likely to respect an attitude of being unflinchingly and assertively progressive, independent of what establishment wisdom may dictate. But more importantly, that kind of conventional attitude betrays an understanding of how politics actually works. The establishment Democrats order progressives to be deferential to them because they (est. Dems) have assumed for themselves the dominant position in the arena of liberal politics. They expect progressives to fall in line, while reserving the right to shit all over progressives if they find it convenient.

What groups like TYT, Justice Dems, etc. want to do is flip that dynamic, where progressives are in the driver’s seat and corporate types fall behind them or get the hell out of the way. That’s the way politics has always worked whether anyone likes it or not. Republicans definitely understand this, which is why they always plow ahead on every plank in their right wing platform, day in and day out. They assume the dominant position in the arena of American politics in general, and expect everyone else to get behind them. The worst part is that many non-progressive Democrats in power know this and are compliant with it, taking their place in the pecking order accordingly. Apparently they see themselves as being below Republicans but above progressives.

If a progressive fails to understand this, it’s not that they’re necessarily at risk of getting corrupted by money or by the culture in Washington. But they’ll be a lone progressive in a sea of conservatives hard at work prodigiously pushing a right wing reactionary agenda that most Americans don’t even really agree with.

  14. Trump is cash poor. His wealth is all tied up in property and his debt could be massive. Fortune says he is a billionaire but just barely.

  15. Bernie, Joe Biden and Warren all need to leave the stage and let the younger generation take over. Also Pelosi should retire, she’s pushing 80 and is a great target for republicans to motivate their base to vote.

  16. I think that Cenk writing off Kamela Harris is completely ignoring the fact that black women and most black men would never vote for Bernie over Kamela. He has name recognition but she has a built in base that is highly unlikely to abandon her.

  17. I thought that the purpose of the 2 million dollars raised was to do the kind of investigations that you are talking about.

TYT Investigates – have at it!

  18. You’d be surprised what you can find out if you enlist thousands of people (like, say, your subscribers) for research/amateur sleuth purposes. Not for nefarious/troll reasons, but just to generate leads for future investigative journalism, defensive strategies, and whatnot. One reason that rapists and pedophiles are being exposed right now is because of information shared by witnesses/anonymous sources on the internet. So if you guys ever need some help, just let us know. I have a PhD and I can research the fuck out of some shit. haha
