  1. So Roy Moore wants to get rid of all amendments after the Bill of Rights (@41:30)? Amendment 11 restricts the authority of the federal courts, making states immune from suits from out-of-state citizens and foreigners.

    Sounds like Roy Moore is against states’ right. Rather an odd position to take. Or maybe he missed that one in his obviously careful reading of the constitution.

  2. The funny thing is that the Fox apology kind of eats into the narrative. When they do this, Cenk, you’ve got to make it clear that they didn’t apologize for A and B and C… but they finally apologized for something minor, whereas every other organization apologizes immediately for almost any mistake.

  4. Not trying to defend this Roy character, however it did sound like they may have been talking about how corporations hijacked the 14 amendment to steal the power of a person. This is very, very bad for our country & the basis for the wolf pack. Love what you guys do at tyt, but I think this might have been taken out of context.

  5. This is the first time I’ve heard about the 3 clowns from Kansas terrorist plot. True that, They don’t cover terrorism news if the perpetrators are white. Very unjust. Similarly, over 300 people were murdered in a terror attack in Mogadishu, Somalia a couple months back. It wasn’t even touched on cable news. #Muslimlivesmatter

  7. Hilarious. These idiots do not realize that every amendment after the 10th establishes everything about how we elect the President and Senators including their terms and tenure. Not to mention the abolition of slavery, the right of women to vote, suits against states, and congressional pay limits. They LITERALLY want a dictatorship.

  8. In reference to dimwit talking about how great the times of the confederacy were.
    Um they werent great times because confederates literally starved out families to support their army to defend their unsustainably cruel way of life and rich people. Drafted young boys and often shot deserters and had a huge problem with domestic violence.
    My favorite point to make in the “broken families” debate is that its not that divorce rates are going up and marriage is failing but divorce JUST became legal! I think in new york pretty much wasnt even legal until the 1996 even in cases of cruelty.

  10. Love it when Cenk says “Kid’s gloves”!! Its so adorably American.. I’m fairly certain the colloquialism is actually “kid gloves”, meaning gloves made from the soft leather of a baby goat, which is called a “kid”.. ?

  16. Please comment on the CNN/MSNBC misreport. Just because it doesnt align with your narrative of the Russia story doesnt mean it shouldnt be reported. Please find some journalistic integrity to cover it. Its critical.

Covering Trump’s turkey pardons and denture losses, yakking nonstop over extremely corrupt and privileged men in Hollywood and television and how average people should take that as the most important lesson of their lifetimes and squandering 2 million crowdfunded dollars on a lazy, mismanaged shitshow that has gone halfway between Pop Trigger and MSNBC lite does not leave too much time or room for journalistic integrity.
