They are almost always the first to rush in to help during every crisis & were the first to call (within minutes) & help (reaching destination within 2 hours) the Kurds in Northern Iraq.

1) The U.S. has the highest emissions per capita, and India and China have like half of the world’s population. Per capita is the only fair way to measure it.
