  1. I also get that gut-wrenching feeling when hearing the words “Department of Justice has announced…”. Well put.

And more all women panels please!

  2. 0:00-10:56
The Panel just demonstrated same Republican hypocrisy and no one seems to be up in arms. So its ok for Liberal Govt to not amend Laws and assume Interpretation but when Republicans get Judge in Supreme Court and Interpret the Law as it’s attended then that’s Stripping Civil Liberties in which Bad thing, BUT THE POINT is that OUR LAWS R BAD!!!! They caused Genocide of Native Americans and inequality towardss Territories of United States. We need to REALIZE we NEED TO PRIMARY current Congress and PASS functioning LAWS!!! I would EVEN allow Defense of Marriage Act to be passed because Bills get AMENDED before Final Bill is voted on…this is how i would amend the Bill:

    Section 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Defense of Marriage Act”.
Section 2. Powers reserved to the states
No State of the United States, shall be required to give effect to any public act, record, or judicial proceeding of any other State, territory, possession, or tribe respecting a relationship between persons of the same sex that is treated as a marriage under the laws of such other State, territory, possession, or tribe, or a right or claim arising from such relationship.
    Section 3. Definition of marriage
In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the word ‘marriage’ means only a legal union between Consenting Monogamous Pair and the word ‘spouse’ refers only to a person of the Pair who is committed to being bound to EXCLUSIVE to another within the Pair.

My wording needs more fixing but the POINT is that we SHOULD REVERSE the Republican Bills to BACKFIRE not let them(Republicans) ruin Great Titled Bills with poor Legislative descriptors. Am i alone OR should we REVISE DEFENSE of Marriage Act to Protect ALL MARRIAGES not just Heterosexual Monogomy?!

    10:57-14:33
ok, Trump is a DoTurd?! What’s new?! Yes, we need to support Carmen Yulín Cruz and other Puerto Ricans from this disaster. SEND the US Military to supply and fix that Territory LIKE WE SHOULD HAVE DONE!!!! BUT THIS DOESNT FIX OUR ORIGINAL PROBLEM!!!??!!!?!

Our Political Administration Divisions within the United States is BROKEN and inequal UNDER THE CURRENT CONSTITUTION!!!! In this Order these r the Territories who scale with better close to Equal Treatment:
Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, United States Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa
NOW DO U SEE appearing issue?! The successful one r regions which have semi-Financial protections and other Rights which were specifically Congress passed Legislation for Individual Territory NOT rules for ALL TERRITORIES!!!! We need to REFORM AND HAVE ACTIVE ballot symbolic acts to see who REALLY wants to be under our Protection and those who want to be INDEPENDENT with Miltary Protections!!!! Many of these Regions have Assembly seats in UN which make NO SENSE SINCE they claim to be part of US…..We need to Reform our Territory Laws!! NOW or this will get worse FOR ALL AMERICAN TERRITORIES!!!!

      1. well our American Culture is Not Polyamorous or Polygamist by any Majority of the population. If we have strong dominance of Polyamorous customs in America; then it will be re-amended to the party with the need to change it.

anyway does that make sense?! change what We The people can agree; rushing progress will stop any benefits in our society.

  3. I hate Sessions interpretation of the civil Rights of transgendered.. obviously he is NOT protecting civil rights. He is trying to remove them.

  4. Maybe the wages are too low. How about offering more the $15 an hour for extremely physical work. People aren’t mules, you get what you pay for, desperate workers. If you think $15 an hour is a fair wage for this work, why aren’t you toting a shovel…exactly. Ah…the American slave market still flourishes.

  5. On the Americans not wanting to work for $14 an hour well da why would they? Undocumented workers are getting paid $259.14 an hour if you do currency exchange. Americans don’t get paid enough for that work they make more money working in an air-conditioned restaurant serving food. Nothing against people wanting to work but the American wages need to fucking change we have been getting fucked for way too long.

  6. As someone whose family owns a landscaping company, this article fails to accurately represent the issue. These companies tend to not offer healthcare, and tend to not actually pay appropriate wages. I’m gonna use WA as an example. My family employs people at around 13-18 an hour (based on arbitrary factors usually involving time spent working for them). They do not offer healthcare. Now the generally accepted trade-off for not having healthcare is that you are paid significantly more, especially if you work in a very physically demanding field. For unskilled labor, construction or various forms of contracting will pay significantly more and still not have benefits. Or you can try to get on at Boeing where you will get benefits. The reason why Americans won’t take these jobs is because these jobs do not properly compensate the workers. However, since there is a ready labor force willing to work these jobs, it causes the standard of living for americans in the region to slide down if they are in the income distribution of people who tend to work the manual labor jobs. Capitalism is forcing people to compete against others willing to work for less, and it is just allowing the owners to profit off their struggles.

    1. And enables the other side to blame immigrants (instead of bad employment policy/wages) and promote racial strife.

  7. Unless the individual just loves the camera more than money, I don’t know why EVERY politician doesn’t resign after a few years. They can make SOOOO much more bank as a lobbyist or “consultant.”

Whenever anyone resigns or retires, I always wonder what took them so long.
As long as they don’t physically, actually murder someone with their own hands, these politicians don’t seem to suffer ANY consequences for their shitty behavior.

    Just say,
    I found God.
    With the help of Jesus.
With the love & support of my wife and God.

    Done.
Average Americans bathe in hypocrisy everyday, so why does anyone think they really care if you have a scandal that shows you to be a hypocrite.
People pretend to care for half a second, and then they move on.

  8. So great to see Ana lead first hour without Cenk, and to have my chicas Grace & Amberia there for an all-female, bonus POWER PANEL! It’s awesome! In fact, Cenk should give the ladies one day a week like this every week, by themselves! As my chicas pointed out women make a lot of decisions in today’s world and have a lot of economic influence and I think if we had even 1 day a week for the ladies it would help make the women members feel more recognized, help the resumes of the female reporters who are still under-represented in the media as a whole, and I bet a lot of the guys would still tune in to see it too. The women of TYT are all beautiful in their own ways: Ana is the voice for the voiceless and can deliver a big smack-down for the stories that need that; Amberia just radiates class and fairness; and there was never a kinder woman born than Grace. And where’s Hannah? And the other TYT ladies are wonderful too! Shouts out to Sam, Aida, and Kim too!

  9. I think that statistic of 50 percent of the viewers of the NFL are women is a fact you pulled out of your ass. A twelve step rule number 62 don’t take yourselves so goddamn serious!

    1. Well since you obviously don’t have google almost every single report on the number of NFL fans that are women put it between 45%-50%. Also that women were the largest growing demographic until gender issues with the NFL became more prominent so without that it is likely that women would have actually pushed over 50%. It’s really not that hard to check.

Also, I will always take it seriously when someone laughs in my face or fellow women’s faces because of their gender. It’s fine if it’s not a big deal to YOU but YOU are one person. You don’t get to determine for the rest of the population what matters to us. Clearly, people care.

  10. While it may not say LGBT people in particular, what was quoted doesn’t say specifically men and women either, as Tillerson stated. It says simply based on “sex”. Since discrimination of transgender people is based on their SEX, it seems very clear that they would be included. Plus, haven’t we long interpreted the civil rights act protections against discrimination to include the LGBT community? Why do we have to revisit these issues with so much precedent backing our “interpretation” thus far? Session and co. are the ones reinterpreting what the majority of people around the country, including lawmakers and judges HAVE Already decided and agreed upon! How much of our constitution and its very few amendments are we going to allow these yahoos to “reinterpret” for us, basically undoing decades of hard-fought battles won?
They’re doing this to the LGBT community, women, minorities, the elderly, and the poor- that’s just about everyone in the GD country!!! At what point can we stop this madness??!! Why is impeachment the only option for firing people who are not only not doing their job, but destroying the laws and statutes that define us as a country, that would in some instances be considered treason in eras past? When did Capitalism and Bigotry Trump freedom, Independence, Rights, and Equality? How did we let this happen??????? How the F..K do we stop it now?

  11. Hearing the evil Kebbler elf rolling back these inturpitaions on trans rights makes me glad I discussed with my therapist that I felt now wasn’t the time to come out. And why I didn’t feel safe doing so. He completely agreed with me on that front. As it is I wanted to wait till I got enough time at the fire hal to go inactive if I could handle it. But shit if this stuff continues on for another three years. I won’t have to worry about it cause I know it will be safer to hide and I know I’d be hitting that 10 year mark that gives me the tenure so I can dissaper

    1. They mentioned it. Amberia commented on it multiple times saying that both him being a sexist and her being a racist could be true and that both issues needed to be tackled in this context and on the larger whole.

  12. Great seeing this all girl action!!! A bouquet of sofisticated, educated strong women of the world. Looove it!!!

  13. Cam Newton… Where the hell has he been?! Woman have been doing reporting on Football for decades! It was totally in his Posture as well…it reflects a bit more about Women in general and Sports less…maybe get him some intervention?

  14. Noone is talking about how the reporter’s question wasn’t “legitimate” . It doesn’t make sense.

You can’t truck stick on a route. That’s illegal. Also physicality on routes doesn’t really make sense. Routes are about finesse, timing, awareness.

Cam was still being sexist though clearly. Even if the question was bad, it shouldn’t be “funny” cause it’s a female.

    1. Maybe the reason it wasn’t brought up in this reporting is that it’s more about the sexism issue? Honestly, I agree that it was the fact that he specifically said “women” or whatever. If the question was a bad question he could have called it out without making it a gender thing. I don’t watch TYT sports but I would actually be very curious how they cover this. I am wondering if it would be more likely that it not being a legit question might come up. It is something to consider though. If it’s a bad question it’s going to influence his answer and attitude.

I am kind of stuck on this one. It was very insulting but it’s hardly the most insulting thing out of the NFL and as Grace mentioned he’s hardly the only one to do it. I think expecting people to completely ignore it is not fair, he laughed at her and it was about gender. But I also think this is cherry picking this issue and piling on a whole lot of anger toward the NFL at large on this one person.
