  1. Keep talking about yesterdays post game so epic, but yesterdays post game was just Anna and Bret talking about rings and stuff, think we got a mix up here.

  2. Here is the ISSUE regarding the Daca Girl:
Paola Garcia according to Talyor Ragg was bragging that she was breaking the Law…if this was true, they probably had a confrontation and he results to getting twitter to notify his followers to report her. What he did is Morally Wrong but its not Politically Wrong because of its part of the America’s Nature. this is what happen’s when Congress doesnt do its job.

  3. Cenk, why do you keep making excuses for these repugnant actions carried out by deplorable people? I know you try to see both sides, but sometimes it just isn’t worth the brain cells to make the effort.

  4. I absolutely disagree, I prefer the racism out the closet. too many people in this country are able to use cover because of closeted racism and dog whistles. Now it’s harder and harder to pretend this stuff doesn’t exist.

  5. Taking hair from someone’s hairbrush or a DNA sample from a toothbrush is an invasion of privacy, but not assault. That segment just showed the lack of imagination of the panel and the judge in question.

  6. When is Murder with Friends coming back?
I looooooove that show, and my daughter & I go crazy bouncing theories while we watch.

There isn’t anyone besides Grace who could host it?
I get that she may be busy with other projects, but c’mon!

    Bring back MWF!!!!

  7. Regarding cville nazi: In addition to 2nd degree murder of Heather, He has 8 counts of aggravated malicious wounding. Omitting this lessons the fact he drove a car into a crowd.

  8. Regarding the students in Kentucky:

What that Raggedy Little Prick did is a form of cyberbullying. What is that school’s policy on bullying and harassment?

I believe that Racist Little Ragg should be expelled as an example, a deterrent for such behavior. He used the word “report”, but he knew very well what he was doing. He wanted Paola to be harassed, he wanted her to pay. He wanted to satisfy his own arrogance. I believe his actions was a way of directing harassment toward her. Inciting harassment does not only affect the Dreamers, but can take other forms as well. In addition, people are actively acting on their hate. What if Paola is at risk of physical harm? He needs to go as a strong warning to others who do not have the common decency to shun that kind of behavior on their own.

    1. 100% agree. In New Jersey, this would have been a violation of the anti-bullying law. I know this didn’t occur in New Jersey, but it’s a clear example of bullying. Definition per the law is below. Again, I know this is only pertinent to NJ, but I think this definition can be used as a benchmark for actions around the country:

“Harassment, intimidation or bullying” means any gesture, any written, verbal or physical act, or any
electronic communication*, whether it be a single incident or a series of incidents, that is reasonably
perceived as being motivated either by any actual or perceived characteristic, such as race, color,
religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or a
mental, physical or sensory disability, or by any other distinguishing characteristic, that takes place on
school property, at any school-sponsored function, on a school bus, or off school grounds as
provided for in section 16 of P.L.2010, c.122 (C.18A:37-15.3), that substantially disrupts or interferes
with the orderly operation of the school or the rights of other students and that:
      a. a reasonable person should know, under the circumstances, will have the effect of
physically or emotionally harming a student or damaging the student’s property, or placing a student
      in reasonable fear of physical or emotional harm to his person or damage to his property;
      b. has the effect of insulting or demeaning any student or group of students; or
      c. creates a hostile educational environment for the student by interfering with a student’s
education or by severely or pervasively causing physical or emotional harm to the student.

    1. I tweeted and messaged them on Twitter. I bet it’s just sitting in the queue, and whomever is responsible thought they already finished the job, but forgot to do the last thing. Or, it failed, and they never verified. Something simple like that.
