  1. Grammar corrections:

“what happens when invite people into your borders.”

    s/be

“what happens when you invite people into your borders.”

“like we were seeing the Hannah Cranston”

    s/be

“like we were seeing the real Hannah Cranston”

Hey – you guys think maybe you can direct some of those funds towards some Editing capability, here in the comments section?

  2. If you haven’t listened to this yet, make sure you eat something ahead of time.  You’re gonna be hungry, by the end.

Haha, good pertinent comment by Hannah, about how amazing it is, what happens when invite people into your borders.

Hannah seems like a lot of fun.  She’s able to handle losing, with a laugh.  This wasn’t an opportunity for her to shine by hosting the news, but it did demonstrate – beyond a shadow of a doubt- how personable Hannah can be.

And it turns out that she has a repore with Dave? With Hannah’s native talent & self-discipline, and a mentor/friend with Dave’s decency, she can go as far as anyone else at TYT.

All the content, Steve Oh’s journey and Malcolm’s quiz, are all faded from memory already. Hannah’s performance is what sticks out.

Really good job, Hannah. And all of it felt genuine, like we were seeing the Hannah Cranston, at her best.

Steve Oh, thanks for choosing Hannah and Malcolm, for this one.

  3. Sorry, but I tuned out of this, after Steve Oh reacted with a ‘I feeel sexually harrassed’, from Malcolm’s off-color comments. Silly.

Yes, you have the right to ask Malcolm or anyone to keep that kind of talk off air. That’s fine. But damn, what’s with this oversensitivity? It was a guy comment, and it wasn’t even a direct reference to anyone.

I could understand if Hannah felt offended. But a Producer can just let Malcolm know afterwards, that it’s not the kind of thing we say on air, even in the Post Game.

Anyway, I’ll re-check this out, during the week. I owe it to Hannah, because she really is a good speaker, at times.

  4. My brain has a habit of copying other people’s movement and speech and I hate that some people find it offensive, it is just my brain learning and fitting in.

  5. I don’t get why so many people are squeamish about black pudding/sausage. Even as someone who wasn’t raised on the stuff, I find it incredibly mundane, and it doesn’t taste especially weird. It’s not as if there isn’t blood in meat to begin with.

  6. Just came here to remind Steve of the Oyster Card, but I see you guys already did, I was actually quite shocked as I heard it.

There are also cheaper ways to rent a car, 450 p/day seems a bit much unless it was some kind of luxury car.

  7. Lots of comments about this “Oyster Card” in London. Yes, I did not do the research on that. My bad. In my defense, however, we were traveling with another family and the dad of the other family was in charge of transportation in London and I was in charge of transportation in Italy so he is the culprit!!! I am innocent!!!

Anyway, thanks for watching and being members of the show. You guys are awesome!

    1. Hi Steve. On this Friday’s post-game can you talk a bit about TYT’s new capital investment deal – how that came about and how that will affect the direction of the network. Thanks very much.

  8. I missed Steve and Malcolm! I liked hearing about Steve’s trip including the weight gain and horrid English accent. Hannah’s clearly only heard posh accents if she thinks there isn’t a language barrier.

It’s odd but I think attractive women get the most insults about their looks than anyone else. Imagine if horse face were a compliment and fox was an insult. It’s all so arbitrary. She has the most beautiful horse face. Ha. Frankly, it’s all insulting to be compared to an animal. No?

  9. In addition to oyster cards (which you can get a refund on for the card itself when you leave), contactless payments can be used in London.

  10. Hannah, anyone who says you have a face reminiscent of a horse has obviously never seen a equine, pay them no heed. Also, love the bit about unconsciously accents, as an English speaking Canadian who works in tourism, I do this all the time when helping francophone Canadians from back East.

  11. Really enjoyed this Friday Post Game. I almost always save it for Sunday night when there is nothing going on, and I’m tired, but not yet sleepy (chronic insomniacs out there know what I’m talking about). I don’t usually comment though, because I feel like no one bothers to read the comments on these after Sunday afternoon at the latest.

Hannah was great. I hope she comes back soon. And I prefer Steve’s stories quiz-style, though he should whittle them down a little bit more. A minute can make a lot of difference between an interesting story and a dull one.

And Malcolm was great as always. I tied with Hannah and Steve on WWN.

    1. Thanks for the comments, Jaimes, but you’re right – no one reads them after Sunday afternoon. I know I don’t!

  12. An Oyster travel card for London costs from £ 12.39 to £ 22.10 per day. A card for travel after 9.30 am is off peak and cheaper. The costs also increases the more travel zones it covers. The central zone cards are the cheapest.

  13. So they did not cover the Netanyahu corruption story because they have it hard enough without being portrayed as money-grubbing? Really Hannah?

  14. Sounds like you didn’t get an Oyster card while you were in London Steve which you really should have done Also, I’m not sure how old your kids are, but children under the age of 11 get to travel for free on the tube.

  15. It was a fun show. Just make sure you do not include the entire occupied territories, West Bank and Gaza as parts of Israel. Regardless of political arguments, they are just simply not accepted internationally and according to the UN resolutions to be parts of Israel.

  16. Steve, why on earth did you not buy an Oyster card in London for the tube (subway) and busses? You paid the single fare price and everyone knows it is a ripoff. Oyster cards can be picked up from pretty much any tube station. You top them up with the amount you want and then just scan it when using the tube or busses. You pay a lot less than the single ticket price. You should all remember this next time you come to London.

  17. Not really, but I don’t know who I’m fooling anyway. Of course I’m going to watch this. The Friday Post Game is in my top 1000 TYT shows!
