Ana talks about the sacrifices her dad has made to live the American Dream. Ana, Brett, and Aida discuss the meaning of “patriotism.” Aida explains how to precisely support the Black community. The conversation shifts to Armenian parties and BMWs.
I just realized how much Kasper and Cenk have in common.
Both (kind of) middle-eastern, second-generation immigrants, poor background, and their dads are engineers.
Ana, talk about your fam all you want. Dont let 1 dude mess with the openess u have with the rest of us. Being poor is not about how much money you have but how much you have to spend. Someone can have less money and not have the same bills and even though they are poor too, its a different type. Point is, I personally gain alot of positive energy by watching the show and so dont let one dude make you feel like u dont have 1,000 more saying the oplosite because they are. ????????
I loved this post game. It was great to hear about the struggles that all of your families went through and how it made you into the people you are today.
I haven’t said how much I love the TYT family for at least a week. So here it is.
I really loved Ana , Aida & Brett talking about their families experiences from different backgrounds.
I so need to hear these positive stories about people from totally different cultures migrating to America and working hard and working together. Ana, Aida & Brett are the positive result of this. Feisty and caring progressives who want to help create a better society that helps others in the way they were helped.
And to anyone who calls progressive people like Aida, Brett and Ana ‘libtards’ I can only respond, what’s so retarded about caring for other people’s well being and not just your own?,
Please keep being caring and feisty progressives (Brett’s not so feisty but still caring)
Thanks
Sue
