  1. GIGI! Some of us are up in the morning too early to stay up for AP. This should get a priority loading. Bad enough to wait a week for the show, but couldn’t this be loaded the same time you do “Post Game?”

  5. Very good show, emotional. I agree that it is time to take action.
    First of all, why hasn’t anyone in Flint organized to build cisterns and collect rainwater? This is the principle of Earthship technology. I remember as a child last century that we used to have water that came in bulk, it didn’t come wrapped in bottles. This works best as a community effort and just requires labor, materials are found in situ mostly. So what if people have to go to a central area to get water, you said that America was a third world country. They do it all the time in Africa.
    How is that Green Revolution thingie going? How many people at TYT drive an EV? Does TYT have a charging station? Do you have solar PV on your office? Do you have batteries to store that energy? I wrote a letter to the Green Party in Germany in 2015 and asked them why the auto unions didn’t pressure the automakers to move to EV. This is a very touchy subject for the Germans since they are very Petrol in the Head. Guess what? Last week the unions pressured Audi to move to EV! Progress.
    I asked Jimmy to discuss the Carbon Bubble on AP since he did a video on YouTube. The carbon bubble is soon about to break, and it is closely tied to the derivative bubble. Over 50% of all European central banks and retirement accounts are invested in fossil fuels. No one is doing the calculations to account for this loss. They instead are relying on America and Canada to frack gas and oil and to keep that good sticky bitumin coming. Germany and Switzerland are buying less EV in 2016 that in 2015. When the price of petroleum goes to $10 or $20 per gallon, people will start to think about deciding to discuss to plan to change. Maybe. Or we will all be fucked.

  9. We have to blame our Democratic party leaders most! The democratic narrative is F trump, when really we should be screaming F U at the party leaders; this happened on their watch. Obama is a venture capitalist, not a democrat, whatever that means theses days; as the bulk of our party donors are primarily investment driven and have little to no concern for the poor and working class. What happened in Hammond Indiana(East Chicago), was driven by upper middle class minorities who have been more concerned with wealth than the general interest of the populace; From funneling money from local projects (which in turn are never completed) to their private accounts, to any and every issue found in these mismanaged districts, across the map!

  10. Much love from ATL. Thank you so much for caring and fighting the good fight for humanity. I don’t feel so alone when I watch this. It can feel so alienating when one sees through so much bullshit that one’s peers and family doesn’t see. I’m also really thankful for the humor. I listened to some phone calls on the JDS by Liam Neeson, Arnold, and Reece Priebus and it felt really good to laugh out loud while eating dinner tonight. Proud to call you my brothers. What Jordan said about his dad and (I’m paraphrasing) how there is not a lack of compassion in people here in the US, but people just don’t know what the hell is going on is very, very important to keep in mind, in my opinion, while we deal with our fellow citizens and insane current political atmosphere.

  11. Jimmy, private browsing has nothing to do with how the ISP’s obtain your browsing history. Private browsing just keeps certain things from being stored on your computer. The ISP’s see what you’re up to by inspecting your packets (units of information that are transmitted from your computer to the server (website) you are communicating with), and by logging the DNS lookup records they have for you, assuming you haven’t told your router to go through an alternate DNS server like OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220) or Google (8.8.8.8). Log onto your wifi router and change the DNS settings so that it uses the IP addresses I just typed. I use OpenDNS as my first two choices and Google as my third choice (NetGear routers let you enter three addresses). Lastly, you can sign up with a VPN service like Private Internet Access or ProXPN. They’re both very affordable, and reputable, and it basically tells your ISP to fuck off. :)

      One thing, though: I don’t understand why you use Google’s DNS servers as a backup. Out of all the Big Data Slurpers and Commercial Surveillance Companies, the Google corporation is the worst, the biggest destroyer of people’s privacy, etc.

      Theoretically, you can use any DNS server on the internet, so you can choose from thousands (though some of them will be faster than other, obviously) and there is no need to use Google’s (which, in some small way, helps them spy on people).

  19. I love the idea that politicians have to “experience” their own legislation. Let’s add to that: working in a minimum wage job for a month, with just $500 in the bank, an unreliable car and rent due at the end of the month.

  20. Jimmy (and all), I love this show! I love the energy, honesty and the outrage eruptions. IF ONLY we had just a few folks in congress who could speak their minds with the verve and convictions that you all do. We actually HAD one such person, but we lost him due to his sexual fantasies. It’s a cryin’ shame, what happened to Anthony – but if anyone wants to see what the ideal of an aggressive progressive should look like, they need to YouTube up some of Weiner’s rants.
    So… personally – I don’t care what sort of sexting you guys might do – or what fetishes or fantasies you might harbor – all I care is that you bitch slap the daylights out of the hypocrisy that passes for our government!

  21. Here is how weed might be a gateway drug: if you have to buy it illegally, that means you are in constant contact with a drug dealer. This drug dealer might deal other drugs. This drug dealer might say “Here’s your weed. Hey, by the way, you should try a little meth. I’ll give you a free sample.” I don’t personally smoke weed, but I am for the federal legalization of it. Just a thought.

  22. The biggest crime here is that heavy metal can be removed from the body through chelation. Our standard medical practice will only do chelation if there are fatal levels of a heavy metal. All of these people in Flint need to do chelation therapy before there is more damage to their nervous systems. Why is this therapy not being given and paid for. A naturopath can do it for less than $300.00. I get my levels tested every few years. I had high lead about ten years ago, likely due to my living in a very old apartment building for years. It is easier to chelate people regularly than to replace all the pipes in all the old buildings everywhere.
