  1. I have been doing a marathon of Murder with Friends for my birthday. Love this $*@%!!! BTW, pope’s pear, thumb screws….. The Borgias on Netflix shows so many forms of torture at the hands of the head of the Catholic Church, shocking!!!

  2. During the next exclusive content it’d be cool hear the panel speak about which serial killer do they believe would have lured them in.

  3. Slave hunters had dogs they used to hunt down runaways, and sometimes they had the dogs attack in a “Bolton” kind of way.

  4. It was Ramsay Bolton who hunted girls with dogs, not Roose Bolton!

In the movie “Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love” with Indira Varma (Ellaria Sand on GoT), her lover and the King’s secret half-brother was executed at the end of the movie through crushing by elephant.

The “Pear of Anguish” in it’s closed state looks more like a butt plug than a pear to be honest. While there are some in museums, no first hand accounts of their use as described in this episode exists. It is rumored that this type of instrument was used orally to gag people.

  5. Wow. What kind of sick twisted mind did these people have? The Inquisition was about Christianity. I don’t remember some of the ways of killing/torturing being in the Bible.

    1. My thought also, ppl are unbelievably sick. Especially done by so called “religious” ppl during the inquisition. Like they think Jesus would be OK with it.

  6. Yay for exclusive content! Now I can’t cancel my TYT membership, even when I go through periods of doing news blackouts for both my sanity and to focus on writing (which requires me to be immersed in whatever fictional world I’m writing about).

  7. Love MWF, I can’t believe there is a shoe that so gets me. When are you going to do Jeffrey Dahmer? I feel like his story should of been a movie.

    1. It is a movie!!
I watched it in my high school psychology class 10 years ago. It’s simply titled ‘Dahmer’ and it came out in 2002, with Jeremy Renner in the title role. They changed the names of the victims for the film, out of respect for the families, and of course there’s some sensationalism to it, it’s a hollywood film after all, but it’s still really good!!! I was so conflicted after watching it…. you want to hate him, because the things he did were horrendous, and yet, since it’s told from his perspective, you can totally understand him and relate in some ways… That movie messed me up for weeks! LMFAO Ended up going on to write a personal essay on Dahmer for a college psych course too. So I definitely recommend it, great film!

  8. I’ve learned to stop trying to recruit my libby-libby friends to watch MWF because of the strange look they get in their eyes when I say “its like sitting down with your best friends to talk about murder, its really great!” (Don’t take it personally, Grace, I couldn’t convince the same people to watch BREAKING BAD either — most of my friends are older, and its probably a generational thing).

So now its just my little secret.

    Love. This. Show.
