It bothers me that “17” is considered child and thus a child porn. That’s just a bother to me only cause of the definition of child is someone pre-pubescent.
Fact is, they’re not adults. And the porn they’re in is obviously illegal and obviously does more bad than good (I hope we agree on that). But is calling it “child porn” misleading? No. because “teen” porn is a whole lot more misleading. Think about it, there’s always a “teen” category in legal porn sites, so that term doesn’t mean what it actually means anymore. it doesn’t even sound illegal so what do they call actual illegal porn that features actual teenagers? child porn.
Er, how about “underage porn”? I think the laws dictating that actors/actresses in porn have to be a certain age vary (18-21, IIRC) depending on the state/country anyway. Which would mean even outside places that ban pornographic material outright, “teen porn” might still be illegal.
On a somewhat related note, it frustrates me when people like Fogle are referred to as pedophiles, as opposed to hebephiles or ephebophiles. Not that I condone either of those and don’t mean to imply the latter two are somehow more acceptable; they’re just totally different things and media reports rarely make the distinction.

YES and they call the guys who are having sex, “assholes” or “”the bad boy””, when in reality they’re just jealous.. those hackers don’t avoid sleeping with a lot of women (cheat, in this case) because they’re moral. it’s because they can’t. so they see that those people are using the INTERNET (of all places), to get laid, and they get jealous, pretending to be offended or disgusted by “their lack of morals”. basically, check yourself before you wreck yourself cause they’re gonna find you and it’s gonna look ugly as hell. But in the case that Cenk and Ana are right and they’re all people who’ve “been hurt” by someone who cheated on them and they think they’re doing a public service by outing those site users, what they’re doing is far more hurtful and it will actually ruin a lot of families. What I don’t understand is why do people think that they can judge other people based on the morals that they have. your values are not universal. I’m not saying that those site users actually don’t think cheating is bad at all, but that it obviously doesn’t rank high in their values. Maybe they think they’d rather cheat on their spouse instead of just breaking off their marriage when they have kids they need to raise together. (this comment is getting too long isn’t it). anyway, every person that they outed has a story, you can’t just group them up and call them sinners. plus, most people on there probably didn’t even get anything out of it.
Hah, I love it when people who cheat kike this get caught and outed, nothing worse than hypocrites and lying scumbags. I have No problem with any one who wants to exercise sexual freedom, but don’t pretend to be in a monogamous relationship, let alone get married just to cheat cuz you’re too much of a pussy and coward to be honest with your self, and the person you’re trying to tie a rope around and keep as your own while you slink and slither away to behave in a way that is true to your nature. Cheaters more often than not get caught anyway, and to act like this is about jealous Virgins , is not just cowardice, but more hypocrisy from cowards who want to cowards who want to keep their main sex partner tied to them while they go off and do something they’d demonize their spouse or partner for, its greed, and selfishness on an absolute level.. Beginning with the Flibanserin story in Hour 2 – every word out of Cenk’s mouth made it worse… :-) Cenk has a really hard time moving beyond his late 80s / early 90s “common sense / real talk” (not only) Jersey attitude upbringing… Whatever that means :-)
But he really doesn’t get it – for the most part he’s misrepresenting guys, but he doesn’t get 21st century women either… I just don’t hope that Ana and other women at TYT see that as “a guy who say it how it is” – the irony is that Cenk isn’t that guy either, he just thinks that is how he “has to talk” / that is HIS insecurity…
The most funny thing is when he misinterprets studies in a wa that he comes to 180° opposite conclusion, just to fit his ideology / narrative – fe Viagra was a success, because it would only work, if guys were psychologically horny – drugs that increased the blood flow no matter what existed before, but they were a huge problem (unwanted erection). Or the fact that women have just different kinds of fetishes at a time, while men tend to have a single one (if at all) – the guy Cenk interviewed tried over and over again to explain that, while Cenk kept saying “so men are the ones with the fetishes?” – at a certain point the guy was so frustrated, that he just didn’t try or answer anymore – he still didn’t acknowledge Cenk’s “theory” though – still … enough for Cenk to conclude “99% of men have fetishes, but only 1% of women” :-)
