Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A study that was conducted on rising sea levels as a result of climate change showed that sea levels on the northeast coast of the country have risen at extremely dramatic levels. Abercrombie & Fitch case is going to the SCOTUS over refusing to hire a girl that wears a hijab due to it violating their apparel requirements for particular styles. Cenk and Ana agree that A&F should be able to enforce their dress code requirements against this. A 16 year old Indiana kid is facing life in prison for murder after he and a friend broke into a house, which resulting in the friend being killed by the homeowner. Since the kid’s decision to commit the crime ended in his friend’s death, he has been convicted of his murder. Cenk talks about how he wouldn’t shoot the burglars if he were the homeowner. Police in Sweden mistook a woman for an ISIS supporter over some balloons that formed “21” in celebration of her birthday. From the outside, the digits looked like “IS.” Talk about the variety of brutal and humanitarian videos that ISIS releases. They want enemies to overreact and bomb, while appealing to the local community for more power and support. A South Korean law that would imprison adulterers if caught cheating has been overturned. Spain will introduce breathalyzer tests for tourist pedestrians and cyclists due to the extreme number of drunk people visiting. They would only be tested if they’re involved in an accident. Cenk talks about being annoyed by irresponsible skaters. In another twist, this law is being pushed by automotive industry that wants less responsibility to be placed on drivers when accidents happen with pedestrians.

  1. The homeowner who shot the kids is 100% right. The best gun law out there is the Castle Doctrine. An intruder in your home ain’t there to shake your hand. The homeowner should have the right to shoot in cold blood ANY person without a legal right to be in their home. Fuck ALL burglars at ALL times.

  2. I sure hope that girl suing the clothing store loses. Fuck you, girl, and your symbol of oppression. I owe you no respect and you are not owed a job. If you can’t meet the requirements laid out by the employer in its fucking ad, don’t even fucking apply. This cunt of a girl is simply a sue hungry bitch looking to earn something for nothing. Fuck her and her religion. It’s time to end ALL religious exemptions. ALL OF THEM.

  3. Regarding the burgler-killing: No Men’s rights activist will have any problem with the burgler-teenager being shot to death, but they have a huge problem with Ana kicking a sexual harasser a little too much. LOL

  4. About the hijab thing. You also have to look who’s financing this whole trial. In Europe for example muslim foreign organizations found the complainer to be able to go to the highest courts to set an example and make more room for Islam in the society. In Germany for instance a muslim woman sued a catholic hospital because she wanted to wear a headscarf or a hijab at work. Founded by an islamic organization which gets its money straight from the turkish government. In many other countries this is going on as well. So theres a pattern here.

    1. Agreed. In Britain, btw. in spring 2014 part of Sharia law were officially integrated into British law, e.g. in affairs dealing with marriage and inheritance. From the guidelines:

“The wills will be able to deny an equal share of inheritances to women and non-Muslims and children born out of wedlock can be excluded completely.”

      Luckily this was overturned recently.
Seriously, this would have been the official end of the separation of religion and state in Britain.
An British officials went along with it. Stunning.

    2. I wonder why she is fighting so hard to work for a snooty company for minimum wage. Also, if she gets to not dress in the “uniform” or dress as she is told, then everyone should not have to. I know, not lib of me. I believe in freedom of religion, but work place one person can’t be able to not wear the uniform. You think I wanted to wear some of the lame ass things retail jobs put me in?

  5. I have a $40 dash cam in my car. It’s pretty good video quality and durability for the cost. Records only when the device is powered (when car is running). Records to micro SD. Pretty useful for evidence in case of accident, dirty cops, meteorite, etc. For $40, why not. This would have exonerated Cenk had he hit the skateboarder. The videos could also make for good post game material?

Looks like the camera is now $70 on Amazon.

  6. I’m so proud for Cenk not glorifying, as americans often do, “shooting the bad guys”. I thought long and hard about it. I once had a burglar smash my back door, trying to get in. Then he ran away. I heard a loud noise – the LAST THING on my mind was to go after him to hurt him. I just made sure everyone was safe and secure. If I had a gun, and confronted him, I would accept any outcome where nobody doesn’t get hurt, even if he leaves with my stuff. But hey, I’m Canadian… I was raised thinking life is more precious than stuff. I also think that 10 years in prison amounts to torture for a non-violent crime (like theft).
About korean cheating. I stayed in a korean-owned hotel in Vietnam. They woudn’t let me have a girlfriend in my room without a marriage certificate. They sent ppl to knock on my door at night to tell me to have her leave the room. It’s the law in vietnam, but I don’t think most hotels apply the law, especially for foreigners.
