Cenk hosts TYT. Bill O’Reilly has launched his annual War on Christmas segments. Videos of his Agnostic psychotherapist telling him why Atheists hate Christians and Christmas so much. WolfPAC has taken its 3rd state to call for a Constitutional Convention to take money out of politics, in Illinois! Eric Holder has announced that the DOJ will investigate the killing of Eric Garner by NYPD police. Audio of one of the witnesses to Garner’s death lamenting the killing, and wondering what the future holds for his son. Peter King spoke to CNN about how much he supports the non-indictment of the NY cop that killed Garner. He blamed his death on obesity and questioned the racial motives since no one used a racial epithet during the attack. Protesters in St. Louis were preparing to protest the Eric Garner decision, but an angry motorist drove through the crowd and waved an automatic handgun at the people involved. After a car chased by police, he was pulled over and arrested, not shot to death. St. Louis County police tweeted a letter that questioned the innocence of Tamir Rice in Cleveland, blaming him for taking the orange tip off of the toy gun. They also elaborated that they have to assume the gun is real before figuring anything out. Catfight between the Koch Brothers and Santa Claus. A city in Alaska named North Pole has the largest oil refinery, which is leaking into the water supply. The city is suing the two companies that are responsible, one of which is Koch Industries.

  3. Eric Garner was NOT selling “loosies” the day that he died! Stop propagating the NYPD lie!

    He had broken up a fight which was the called in by another person, the cops arrived expecting to arrest the 2 blacks that were fighting who had left the scene by the time they arrived.

    Any black guy was going to be arrested was the intent of the cops regardless of the situation. Eric Gardner was exasperated that he was being arrested for being black and not because he was selling cigarettes. Only when those police officers recognized him from previous arrests did they decide “well we should arrest him again just because he is the usual suspects”.

    Mike Brown’s strong arm robbery at least occurred the same day, though Darren Wilson was unaware of it when he instigated the fight, Eric Garner’s crime didn’t occur that day and he had already been arrested and processed for that crime weeks earlier. Since he was already prior collar it is known to the cops that Gardner couldn’t or wouldn’t be able to put up a legal defense to the arrest.

    1. Is there any citations or quotes about this that you can link? I mean, I just always assumed that he was stopping the fight because he happened to be there, selling the loose cigarettes. It’s pretty devastating if he wasn’t.

  4. fuck you TYT and your stupid glitching videos. I fucking HATE how these videos fucking freeze and the timer resets. Very FUCKING annoying having to manually locate where I last left off 10-20 times each fucking show. Respond to one of my MANY emails requesting support or FIX YOUR FUCKING WEBSITE.

    1. I agree. Happens to me multiple times each video. Absolutely unacceptable. They should look into hiring a competent web designer who knows how to embed videos correctly.

    2. It won’t break down if you don’t pause the video. If you do, or if it’s buffering, you have to click on the timeline a few seconds back and the video won’t break.

      So if you press play again and rewind a few seconds, the video won’t interrupt.

    3. Does this happen after you’ve paused the show? Whenever I pause and replay, I go back a few seconds to start the loading again. That has helped a bunch for me. I only have it stop on me without my pausing it first about once or twice a week now. I agree it shouldn’t happen like it does, but this is how I’ve been able to get around it. Really annoying to find my place again!

    5. Not making excuses for the crashes, but I do know how I fixed mine- whenever I have to pause and return to the video, I will press play, then immediately click on the video timebar right where the time pointer is. I dunno why, it just seems to prevent crashing.. until I pause again, and need to do it again.

  6. God Damn It! Nothing gets my spirits up like Cenk Uygur when we have another win. I feel like I want to go to war when he gets going like this. This is how I know we’ll win in the end. We got that fire and passion on our side, that tireless and relentless drive fighting with us. It’s unstoppable. See, me, myself, I can get discouraged. I can get crushed by the odds. But with Cenk in the lead of this march, this movement?. Onward Mountain Army!
