The topic of weddings and receiving a thank you card for attending is discussed. Cenk talks about his decision about where his wedding took place. Ana gives an update from yesterday’s post game regarding a birthday present for her boyfriend.
Here in Germany, ppl tend to get totally stressed out about some etiquette like thank you cards, my relatives are like this, but I HATE that.
Btw, Christmas is the day with the most family arguments here, why?
Because ppl put themselves under way too much pressure to make it PERFECT.
Remember: When you have an occasion like that, it should be FUN not STRESS.
Come on, you guys are Americans, it’s bad enough that we Germans are like this.
Idk but I think that thank you card thing is actually overrated. At least, if ppl don’t do it, you shouldn’t be too anal about not getting one, come on.
we didn’t send thank you cards for our wedding either. Both my mother & his mother think we are the worst people. So much work finding addresses and we got everything but never sent them. I actually just threw away all the cards and lists last year… We got married in 2006.
Wrong, wrong, wrong about not writing thank you notes. Someone gives you a gift or cash (usually over $100) and you don’t thank them! Seriously! That is plain rude and even in today’s society…it’s still RUDE.

Ana didn’t talk about the present she gave her boyfriend. The thank you cards are stupid. I know my cousins always sent them out to be nice.

What does Anna keep looking up at above Jenk?
Herself.
You can still write them! Better late than never. I bet it would amuse a lot of people to get a thank you 6 years later.

Wouldn’t inviting someone to one’s wedding be a thank you enough?
Thank you cards are a non-issue to me. At least the seemingly mandatory ones like those for wedding presents.
This site has been all over the place lately i love you tyt but come on
Agreed I love TYT but these technical issues need to be less of a thing.
