John Iadarola and Michael Shure host TYT. The Kansas Senate race and the new development that they’ve allowed a candidate dropout’s name to be taken off of the ballot on the Democratic side is discussed. ISIS has released another video that has their British reporter/hostage speaking from a desk about how Western powers should cooperate with their demands. The FBI has apparently thwarted an ISIS plan to carry out a terror plot in Australia. The House has voted to support Obama’s plan to provide training and support to Syrian rebels of the Free Syrian Army to fight ISIS. Rand Paul gives a promising speech on the matter, but it may later prove to be contradictory given his presidential aspirations. In the wake of the Peterson child abuse situation, Sean Hannity took to his television and radio show to defend corporal punishment. He claims he was beaten with a belt and punched in the face by his father, and that he turned out fine in a video. When his panel disagreed, he pulled out his belt and illustrated how it’s done. On his radio show, Hannity linked the Peterson punishment to schools not allowing parents to teach their kids that being gay isn’t normal. After an Atheist airman in the US Air Force refused to repeat the line, “So Help Me God” and fought and won to have the rule changed, Pat Robertson went on a tirade against the “Little Jewish Radical” that has pushed them to this end. He also lamented the weakness of the Air Force in being terrorized by one guy. John reads the impressive military credentials of the man Robertson attacked. A Nevada woman is suing Cliven Bundy after crashing her car into one of his cows that made it on to the road due to faulty fences around his ranch. Bundy claims that it is the government’s fault for not fortifying his fences, and that he has the right to sue her for the loss of his cow that she hit. John asks if Scotland will have their freedom tomorrow morning. He says yes, but Shure says no.
