Cenk hosting today. Latest developments on the murder of Ezell Ford in Los Angeles by LAPD. His family pointed out that he was shot in the back 3 times while he was lying on the ground. After President Obama spoke about the murder of Michael Brown in Missouri, some Conservative commentators criticized him for “standing up for his people” rather than criticizing the looters. Marc Lamont Hill called the continuous murder of Black people domestic terrorism. A professor at Rutgers, Brittany Cooper, wrote about defending Black rage in the face of these murders. Gun stores in the area around Ferguson have experienced a big increase in sales from non-Black customers that all mentioned the unrest in the area as they bought their firearms. The governor of Oklahoma is bashing the anti-moral Satanists planning on setting up temples in her state. Cenk is amused by her full belief that these Satanists are for real, and not just trolling them. Dennis Michael Lynch appeared on Fox & Friends to talk about how he guarantees ISIS is already in America by way of Mexico since he’s caught some and found prayer rugs and Korans. A Washington Post story broke down the amount each Congressman gets paid to pass a bill based on their extremely do-nothing nature. Each bill passed is worth just over $2000 to each member. Conservatives are criticizing Obama for going on vacation again when its obvious that he’s gone on far fewer trips than President GW Bush, which they never mentioned. The regulations on lobbying have been loosened by the Obama Admin after he promised to curtail their influence. An ISIS member from Australia took his kids to the middle of the battles they are perpetuating and took a picture of his 7 year old son holding up a severed head. We have landed some special forces ground troops in the area that ISIS is controlling, and Cenk is ok with this move.

Cenk, I love you man, but the America you love never existed. I used to think that same way you do. I was naive and uninformed about what this country is really about. Now that I know, there’s not much to love. I love some of people and the great cities are fun to live in and be in at times. I enjoy the beautiful country, mountains, etc. With that said, it doesn’t make me want to be more patriotic in the least when I think about the horrible things that this country has done to people to get where they are.
Come on Cenk., ground troops? Unfortunately this is a mess that we created taking out Sadam and destabilizing the region. It’s over and done with. Nothing we can do about the past. Running into Iraq and cleaning up their mess every time something happens is nonsense. It won’t fix the overall ongoing problem. Seems like either way we’re screwed, but I can’t agree with sending ground troops in there at this point in time.
The Brown shooting is the easiest case in the history of the world to solve. It isn’t Fermat’s Theorem.
They walked diagonally across the street and sauntered to break the cops balls.
It is passive/aggressive.
I jog a few paces to let people go when they stop to let me cross, it is a way of saying, thank you. Meandering is a way of saying fuck you.

If you are black and I slow down to let you cross the street, you don’t have to “hustle” but, don’t slow down to mock me, for a kindness.
And if you are white, don’t shoot black men for being a petulant nuisance. If they do they should go to jail for a long, long time.
This happens everyday, but it seldom involves guns, Racists secretly wish it did.

I am not trying to “blame the victim”.
The “Turk” thing to do.with a dawdler giving me the hairy eyeball is, ask him if he has a minute, to chat (which I try to do).
I explain to him that I am very deliberately trying to show him respect sopping, and menacing me for it is alienating an advocate.
It is usually met feigned obliviousness, ridicule and anger..
I am afraid of them being hostile of beating me up, for belittling their character, Yeah, I am afraid of being beat up by black men, and that the confrontation will turn violent, but I am even more terrified of them crushing my empathy,
I am trying to defend the both of us.
It would make me a person I despise, if my tear ducts were dry when a mother loses her son for a slight. I need help with keeping that cherished value.
It kills me to have to ask them to show me respect for my humanity, and ignore my ethnicity.
In the community there might be a few white people who merit civility, and many who deserve condemnation.
I just wish that they felt the risk of spurning an advocate was greater than the risk of missing an opportunity to spite an adversary.
That is where character is measured.
Sadly the decisively inclined are winning. The chip on peoples shoulder is going to be a telephone pole when your children inherit it. That benefits white racists a lot more than it does blacks and progressives.
I think you Americans don’t even really grasp the problem of cops killing blacks. It is close to impossible, in a normal country, for a cop to shoot somebody, let allone shoot to kill.
Also now compare to whites
This is such extreme racism that I think a lot of black people are already thinking about a new civil rights movement.
In 2014!!! a friggin civil rights movement! And I agree with them, racism is sickeningly rampant, especialy the, ‘ nooo not me, one of my best friends nis black’ racism.
from the huffington post, one of their reporters were arrested during the protest. At the time, the police was letting the reporter know 911 won’t work. If the cops went around the neighborhood letting people it’s basically “purge” time, then obviously there would be looters and crime..
Though this could just be my imagination, but i wouldn’t put it pass the cops there.
Obviously something bad happened.. instead of throwing the book at the cop the messed up.. they made the decision to protect him, and it’s becoming more obvious every day.
Ugh when did all these murdering cops turn into Cartman wannabes?
to be fair, Cartman as a cop was a reflection of how they saw some bad cops.
