Ana, Michael Shure, and Jimmy Dore hosting. CNN foreign reporter Arwa Damon has been sued by two EMTs for biting them during a drunken rage. They are seeking $1 million. TYT gives her a pass after her heartfelt apology, taking full responsibility. A couple of DREAMers approached Rep Steve King at a restaurant about his constant barrage of negative comments about immigrants. While King engaged in an argument with the two young adults, Ron Paul and his aides jumped up and scurried away so he wouldn’t have to answer any of their concerns. At one point, King grabbed the woman’s wrist while arguing his point. Rep Mo Brooks appeared on Laura Ingraham’s show and claimed that there is a war being waged on White people in America by Democrats due to the immigration policy. Jimmy and Michael disagree over whether Brian Williams has the obligation to give the full story when Conservatives or Republicans are lying. Mitch McConnell campaign ad that features his wife touting his long standing support for the Violence Against Women Act. Ana breaks down all of the falsehoods about these assertions. The NRA’s latest crazy ad pushes for the blind to have whatever gun they want, in public. Former Israeli ambassador Michael Oren coincidentally lost his ear monitor when Andrea Mitchell asked him about Israel tapping John Kerry’s phone. The Obama Admin and the Sen Intelligence Panel are at odds over the decision to redact important pieces of info from the torture memos. So much of it has been redacted that the report doesn’t even make cohesive sense to the reader.

Michael is way to in love with establishment media. Brian Williams does a fantastic job? What the fuck is he talking about. He does a horrendous job, a job ANYBODY could do. Jimmy is spot.
on. lol
I want to make a correction about WAWA it’s not the south it started in NJ san and the wawa run is very well known with the PVpeeps. It just recently moved to Flordia but it’s pretty much the East Coast that has them. Sadly I have not seen them in my state yet. It is also a sandwich shop as well as convenience store. Just watch BFvsGF san.
Yayers an awesome live show with a kute panda bear. Just the way I like my TYTlives.
depends on how bad she bit them
I wonder how you guys would react if it were a man biting two women EMTs
Both Jimmy and Michael got some good shots in. Good job, guys. Nice to see you on TYT!
Micheal Shure looooooooves him the establishment media and wishes he was a bigger part of it
Show the goddamn paper!!
Cenk where art thou
Maybe the bigger issue is how America educates their citizens when it comes to firearms and how we designate who gets the firearm.
We can’t just solve a problem based on someone’s disability.
That’s like telling a person who was born without legs that they can’t drive a car. And that’s if they didn’t figure it out on their own.
Some blind people should be able to own firearms.

While listening to the first story (CNN reporter biting EMTs), I had to check TWICE to make sure that I was watching the first hour.
IMHO, an extremely poor story choice for the first story for a political news hour.
Would have been fine in the second hour.
I agree.
Also, maybe Michael Oren could hear, but the volume was really low so he sort of made out some of what she said but couldn’t make out the full question. Or like Anna said, maybe he had a monitor and could see Andrea to know when she had finished speaking. And the fact he said Tel Aviv right after she did… ever hear of coincidence? He didn’t know what to say and perhaps saying that in a moment of panic (not from the question but from the fact he couldn’t hear anything) made him say that.
I’m all for calling the media out for the shit they do, but to do a story on speculation and of no real import… low class. And it wasn’t funny either. Why do it?
My personal favorite go-to story about media faux neutrality comes from the Todd Akin affair, when he said that human being have some internal, organic defense mechanism against impregnation when raped. (Therefore insinuating that anyone who claimed they were raped and had a child were lying and liked it, apparently.)
The AP article said that Todd Akin believed that, and scientists and Democrats disagree. …At no point in the article did it say “we’ve known this since even ancient biblical times.” They refused to state outright that it was untrue. If you were on the fence and didn’t know any better, you walked away from that article uninformed. If you believed Todd Akin, the article allows you to read it and continue believing that your side is of equal merit.
That is a great example.

I still don,t know how to use the TYT system yet although I’m now a member…?
