Ana joins Cenk for SCS.  A preliminary ruling in the Donald Sterling case for the Clippers sale.  His wife has been giving authority to continue the sale as Donald has been deemed to be in early stages of Alzheimers.  Steven A. Smith finally apologized for his comments about how women need to try not to provoke domestic violence.  This came after 2 other failed responses that didn’t include an actual apology.  Cenk reads one of Smith’s past statements about Chad Johnson beating his wife, and it falls under his same “provocation” standard.  A female volleyball player for Kazakhstan has been kicked off of the team because she is too beautiful, forcing everyone to only pay attention to her. A car ran over 2 people at San Diego’s Comic Con over the weekend.  The two people were walking with a group acting like zombies, and the driver drove onto the curb when his car was being banged on by some of the walkers.  Women online are posting topless and provocative pictures in support of the IDF.  Cenk talks about how this mindless action actually gets people to agree with their side. A Michigan judge has been suspended for indiscretions in court.  He was taken off of a divorce case where he was sleeping with the wife.  In other instances, he was sending shirtless photos to a female bailiff, and sexting with other plaintiffs.  Although he was taken off the divorce case, he is immune from being the target of a due process violation lawsuit that the husband wanted to file.  The NY Times has released a series that advocates for the legalization of marijuana.  Some people are calling hypocrisy since the Times still drug tests despite this perspective.  The Satanic Temple is using the Hobby Lobby ruling to request their members be exempt from anti-abortion rules, since these Satanists don’t believe in the Christian beliefs that drive the laws.
