Ana, you get sushi for two dollars?! The cheapest California roll I can find is at least $6. I hate you. ;)
I’m a bit confused Ana.
Are you saying that rich people who enjoy ridiculously prepared (and expensive) food or other fancy indulgences should instead focus on creating social programs to help the needy?
That’s a stretch to think like that. I completely agree with you that in a utopian society that would be perfect but, we live in 21st Centurry Capitalisitic America.
We also have to remember that most of these celebrities who purchase products like acupunctured fish are not experts in politics, economics or pick the subject. How can we expect them to know how to help this society progress when their job is to entertain? As Pliny the Elder would say “let the cobblre not judge above the sandal.”
Thank you for the solid coverage of anything and everything!
TYT NATION!
I’m sick of these conversations about the death penalty. It’s not about the cost, nor the inaccuracy, blah blah. It. Is. Wrong.
It’s legally and morally flawed to murder someone for murdering someone. No one should decide when to end someone’s life, which is why murder is illegal at all. The State shouldn’t be exempt.
Let the killing of those 4 kids on the Gaza beach become Israel’s Mi Lai. ~!
That so many journalists saw and documented this atrocity might help the
world understand what’s happening and get serious about sanctions etc.
Too much to ask~?
It also says a lot of Israeli supporters if they immediately think that any talk of extreme violence is referring to Israel. If both sides are killing eachother, then how do you know that he’s referring to the Israeli government, and not the Gaza strip?
It’s an acknowledgement that they’re completely aware that the majority of violence is being caused by Israel.
I wrote a post a while back claiming that Ana was frustrating because she seemed to be too serious and not allowing for the show to have a breezy, light-hearted feel. After watching the show for these past few months since that post, barring a few things here and there, I would have to say that Ana has most certainly calmed down a bit. I would like to think that I am the reason for that. Just kidding, of course.
