Cenk hosting. Fox News decides to make a fun new graphic “Defending The Homeland” to rally its viewers against immigration. The origin of the graphic comes from a well known video game. Ron Paul appears on Newsmax and  joins the fight against immigration saying “Stop giving people ‘free everything’ like ‘free medical care and free education” along with fear mongering about the health of immigrant children and “possible” epidemics. More crazy conservative immigration discussion with a Catfight between BIll O’Reilly and Laura Ingraham with Laura yearning for mass deportation and Bill shedding some common sense against it. Positive June 2014 jobs numbers with a 6.1 unemployment rate,Cenk disects the data and wonders how Fox News would cover it and how their business analysts are dealing with the recovery. Video:Former GOP Rep Bob Beauprez, who is running for governor of Colorado, gives a speech talking about how the 47% are dependent on the government, Cenk peels apart this talking point. An independent state for Kurdistan is just around the corner with a pursuit of an independent referendum for the Kurds to quell the turmoil in Iraq. Twitter storm with Frances Maxwell questions on the book “Confessions Of An Economic Hitman”, corporations, employer/employee relationship at TYT & what TV Show would Cenk produce and direct if he had the time.

  1. we should make a law that punishes businesses for bringing in ppl they can pay slave wages too. Ppl in this country need jobs that pay enough. Raise min wage, Americans will take the jobs, no undocumented ppl working that they can abuse.

Punish the rich business ppl, not the workers. Give jobs to ppl who are already here, if there are more available, ppl can come from other countries. Don’t treat ppl like animals, but take care of those here first.

  2. It is disappointing that Cenk buys into the whole “they broke the law!” framing. People come before laws, and it is absolutely of no consequence that they are here without documentation. It is only because of our screwed up immigration laws that they’re forced to do that, and we should not even give it a second thought. We should give them blanket amnesty and citizenship, it would boost the economy and free up all those resources we use to keep people from coming here.

  3. The only thing that will unite Sunnis and Shias in Iraq is Kirkuk. Both hate the Kurds more than they hate each other. Kurds are less than half the population in Kirkuk (which is why they have always refused a referendum), Shia (both Turkmen and Arab) are a third of the population and are fiercely loyal to Maliki and Sunni Arabs are fiercely opposed to Kurdish control.

Plus Turkey and Iran have already came against independence publicly yesterday. Also the Peshmerga aren’t bas asses. They got their assess handed over to them by Saddam in a couple of weeks in March 91 despite massive US air support. They got their assess handed over to them in 2005 in Mosul and 2006 in Kirkuk and will be defeated for idiotically following their leaders who run a dictatorship in Kurdistan that is no different than the one in Maliki controlled Iraq.

  4. Seriously, if i can’t watch tyt by streaming it and have to wait to download it which takes hours, every single day, why don’t you guys just give up and hand the show over to someone else?

every 3 seconds it plays, it buffers for 5 seconds. the odds of this happening is 50% at any given time of the day. it’s been like this for months, many months. before these months, it used to happen but at a much lower rate.

this means you need to increase the bandwidth you allow on each thread, or increase your total bandwidth capacity (throughput). call amazon servers and sort it out for once. i can’t believe it’s still going on.

    1. I rarely have any problems. If you want big company production, go and watch CNN. TYT is a smaller company and so you need to understand that they will have the occasional hiccup.

    2. It takes me about 10 min to download an episode.
If it takes you “hours” to download an episode, either your internet connection sux or you have a dial-up connection. Either way, you shouldn’t expect to be able to watch streaming video with such a crappy connection.
      I’m not hatin’, just sayin’…

      1. 10 episodes in a full week that’s 100 minutes downloading and then I have to clean up the files, dumb, the stream should wok, it has not worked well for many for months

    3. I have download problems from time to time, but not usually. It’s that terrible loud music that they start out hour one with that bothers me. It’s TOO Loud.
