When Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis came to California, she was greeted by a poster calling her “Abortion Barbie.” Since Erick Erickson came up with this moniker, he spoke about how proud he is that it has taken hold. Although Congress is polling at an all time low, voters still end up voting their incumbents back into office. Michael Kinsley, a well accomplished journalist, feels that media outlets shouldn’t have the final say in whether or not government secrets should be published. The government should decide that. Video of John Boehner linking the stalling on immigration reform to ObamaCare, but being confronted by Jorge Ramos in a press conference. The governor of Tennessee has signed a law making it legal to execute prisoners via electric chair as a 2nd option. Ben talks about using the firing squad as an option. The NRA is vehemently opposing a study by the CDC that will put a number on violent gun murders in the United States. Republicans, along with the NRA are calling for the CDC to be defunded. John Iadarola comes on to point out that studies on climate change are also being defunded so that the public doesn’t know serious the problem is.

I love how Ben tried to do a Cenk on the show, by inventing an angle to a story that doesn’t exist. those quotes of rush saying so called racist things, they are obviously not racist. aas detestable a person he i, he is obviously not racist nor does he say racist things. but for them to sell the story, they had to take a totally disingenuous perspective, which is something that Cenk does all the time. In other words, lie to you all. nice one ben and JR.

  4. Jesus Ben is unbearable. Always thinking he’s clever and saying the stupidest things. How is the spelling “Erick” not an option? I bet he would have just ended up a night watchman or something inconsequential somewhere known among his co-workers as the guy who thinks he smarter than all of them if born to nobody parents.

Here’s a tip: drop your subscription, and you can post these same comments on YouTube — you’ll actually probably make some fellow troll friends over there….

  5. Is Tyt using a different embedded code because I cant even watch these recent videos on my Android anymore since the 19th of last week! Wtf

    1. This has been happening to me on my ipad as well. If I go to the “Watch Hour X” page, instead of having the embedded player it will just say “There seems to be no file supplied!” but I see it fine on my laptop, and when I click download video, I am able to watch the show fine for an average of about 7 minutes before it freezes, then if I refresh the page it will say something along the like of “AccessDeniedRequest expired” followed by a long line of gibberish. Getting kind of annoying as I usually watch on my ipad while I play games on my laptop.

    2. Yes same here!!!!! Couldn’t see it on my tablet. I Just gave up watching the second half of last week’s shows…………

  6. Fri. 1st hr. video keeps on freezing & I had to re-start. I gave up after the 5th time.

    What’s the point of membership if you can’t watch the show when you want to? YouTube is starting to look like a better option.

  7. The best TYT that I have watched was the day of the McCutchen v. FEC decision. Cenk really gave them hell that day. Bring back Cenk and bring him back Mad as hell.

  11. I agree with Ben in the Duckworth story, because the investigation is a joke and West is an asshole, but I think one should tread carefully and takes these things on a case-by-case basis. If some injured combat veteran said that we should do more torture and illegal detention, I’d have no problem calling them unAmerican.

  13. First time I’ve heard Chomsky mentioned!!! He’s only been doing what TYT does for over 4 decades, and the first time I hear him mentioned is in a quote. Why is that?
