Cenk hosting. Crack is whack and is back for Rob Ford, as he is caught on tape smoking out in his sister’s basement which prompted him to check into rehab. Catfight: Michael Moyer of Scientific America felt “dirty” and had to “take a shower” after an appearance on Fox & Friends. More fun facts on income inequality and productivity in America as the top 1% continuously give the 99% the shaft. More nutty fun at the Bundy Ranch with Mike Vanderboegh saying we are “facing civil war” and talks about Harry Reid’s balls while holding a skull. Commercial companies get preferential treatment on the internet as the Wall Street Journal reveals more detail on the gutting of net neutrality. A follow up on the botched lethal injection of a death row inmate in Oklahoma is given. Senator Tom Coburn weighs in saying “procedures were not followed”. Donny Deutsch goes on  Morning Joe and gives his two cents on the execution.

  1. I would just like TYT to know there was a cool message over the video before I logged on that said this content was blocked by my service provider.. interesting

  2. No mention of Reich’s film in the “Inequality for All” segment? Bummer. It’s a great resource for those that want to learn more about how the income gap has affected our country in the past and what it’s doing to us now.

  3. Good points on Donald Sterling over the past few days on TYT, but I do recall that Cenk was “not” on board with affirmative action. Its a shame that some 1st and 2nd generation American seem to have a distaste, apathy, and infringed view of affirmative action IMHO. There is nothing even/fair/or American when an American is placed at a starting line barefoot, hungry, and institutionally neglected, while the majority are wearing appropriate shoes, nutritionally sound, generationally wealthy, and institutionally supported. All I have to say is Billionaire Donald Sterling. Please don’t be bias and myopic when discussing affirmative action, a lot of strange fruit paid the price, and 30-50 years of an attempt to un-stigmatize minorities (…and women) is not equivalent to 400 years of barbarism.

  4. I think Moyer undid all of the good he’d done going on Fox News by being pleasant while there then snarky on twitter after. He talked about some cool things, stuff some Fox viewers probably don’t know about. It might have gotten some of them thinking about other areas of science… but now they can all disregard him as a jerk and ignore everything he said. He made the Fox News people victims, and they are really good at playing that card. He could have gotten his point across with the one tweet about not being allowed to talk about climate change, made the news for that point and come out the bigger person.

  5. I wonder if maybe obama and his buddies are jumping the shark on this one. Could it be that the democratic base gets energized and determined to elect a real progressive to get our internet back after some painful experience with discriminatory, censored internet? I think we have to get Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders into that office and having the internet taken away from us could be the catalyst that we need to oust the corporatist democrats like hillary clinton and barack obama and their ilk.

  6. Why doesn’t anyone talk about the misuse of our public airwaves and how Fox News is required by FCC lease to act in the public interest when operating their network over public airwaves. The FCC should be completely replaced with members who will enforce the leases they have with the users of “our Public airwaves”. On the basis of lying on the air alone Fox should be permanently banned from ever broadcasting again.

  7. I think the same type of friends that are really getting on you for who your girlfriend is taking pictures with, are the same type of “friends” who would consider you toxic and not want to have their photos taken with YOU if you’re this much of a national embarrassment. If nothing else, I love that thought.
