Ana joins Cenk and Ben for SCS. A big teen sexting ring was busted, but instead of prosecuting the kids for child porn, they decided to educate the kids about the dangers of taking nude pics. A Slate writer felt that focusing on the girls that text pictures to tell them not to, was victim blaming. A new dating app called Mingleton allows users to meet up with someone at the same venue they’re at. Favorability for Wendy Davis in her gubernatorial race in Texas is dropping significantly, even among women. Talk about what empty tactics have worked in bringing her down. A 25 year old man was arrested for placing a fake bomb at the finish line of the Boston marathon. He seems to be out of his mind, as he admitted he needs some exposure. After the 14 year old girl got into trouble for jokingly making terrorist threats to American Airlines, many more teenagers copied her by threatening airlines. A football coach at Minnesota State University was arrested last year for child porn after pictures of kids playing in a bathtub were found on his phone. He was fired and sent to jail, but it has now finally been determined that the picture was of his kids in the bathtub.

Also, the football staff there has had previous history of sexual offences. I doubt Sandusky was as much of an issue in their reaction than their own history.

You know the difference between Democrats and Republicans? The reason why one side wins and the other side loses a lot of the time? As Ana said, Republicans are sharks. They will go after the other side even if it means bending the truth, but that’s only half of it. It goes back to the Libs trying to “take the high road.” Just like when they say don’t celebrate a person’s death, even when Fred Phelps died. I had people say “don’t stoop to their level,” and what not. That’s part of their problem. You have to fight on equal footing to win. You can’t fight with your fists when another guy has a gun and think you have the moral high road, you will still lose.
I don’t know. I sort of have to agree with Cenk that they’re paid to lose.
What I would like to see and where I admire the dipsticks on the right is that every time the lose, they come up with another tactic to move closer. Can’t outlaw abortion? Make it more difficult. Deny federal spending to help poor women. They always have a fallback and it moves the goalposts and keeps the left on the defensive.
