Ana reads Tweets.  Marijuana laws changing around the country.  Cops can’t search cars just because they smell marijuana – ruling in MA.  Due to increased CO2 in atmosphere, crabs are getting larger and oysters and scallops getting smaller. Ocean acidfication.  Tom Gable is a rocker who said he is transexual and wanted to live as a woman.  He wrote an article for Cosmopolitan about living as a woman.

  1. Jesus Christ. My advice is the following: If you’re going to choose to make money off of selling a product and you don’t want to give a shit about your customers, then I’d advise not creating video games.

    I fucking hate EA. I will not buy video games from them. Ever. Are they worse than the banks? No, of course not. But that doesn’t keep me from having a huge smile when I see EA get smacked down. I’m surprised what Kim didn’t talk about the whole Origin debaucle, although I don’t think she’s a PC gamer.

    If you want to have any clue as to why they’re so hated, it’s because they seem to have a hardon for screwing over their customers. Firstly, they require that you purchase games through their personalized system, which does not ever offer discounts and placed games regularly above market price. Secondly, if you play their games, it’s obvious that they don’t give a shit about your gaming experience the second you fork over your cash to them. They regularly have servers for all of their major and minor videos games crash left and right, and they never lift a finger to make it better. On top of that, what Kim said, they enforce DRM, which coupled to their inability to maintain servers often means that you have a game that you own but can’t play. Thirdly, customer support. My friend got his Origin account hacked a year ago and to this day he still hasn’t gotten access to his account yet. EA has a literal chain of non-responsibility; they will literally send you through a cycle of phone contacts, where each department says its not their job to handle your problem, and they’ll push you off to the next department, which will in turn tell you that it’s not their job to handle your problem, route you to a third department, who will then procede to route your call back to the first department. It’s fucking ridiculous. They don’t care about their customers at a profound level. They control Crysis, Battlefield, and some other big name games, and without those they’d have sunk into a financial ditch already.

  2. I am pretty sure Nina Hartly did not touch her patient in other places as Anna says. If I recall correctly she said she wanted to be able to do that but never did since it wasn’t legal.

  3. There’s a great little movie that came out last year called ‘The Sessions’, starring Helen Hunt as a sex worker helping a disabled man experience sex.. i didn’t think i’d like it, but it was great!

  5. I too love Sonic, and my gaming did drop off post-N64 until around 2007. Anna, have Kim teach you about Dual analogue controllers or you’ll just get a massive headache jumping into bioshock.

    1. But, they get 100+ MPG…. so it probably equals out, especially when you consider most catalytic converters wear out and become practically pointless before 100k miles.

  8. Every cop will say they smell pot when they pull you over, Nice! Maybe they can search your car if they smell sex next. Alcohol kills 100 times more people than any pot smokers. By the way I don’t smoke pot.

  9. Rape is Rape no matter what age. Women are not asking for it no matter their dress or congnative condition. If any person can’t consent IT IS RAPE. NO EXCUSES! YOU RAPE GO TO JAIL FOR A LONG TIME. DONE!
