Ana and John Iadarola hosting.  More on the Onion tweet on Quvenzhane Wallis and the apology.  The question of why the word “cunt” sparks such outrage in people.  Ana gives a short history of the word.  A study asked if Americans are willing to pay more for fast food if it means the employees will get health insurance.  43% of Republicans think that Olive Garden is authentic Italian food.  Video of Pat Robertson giving some advice to a caller that is worried about demons residing in some Goodwill clothing.

Some parents in SD are suing their child’s school for teaching them yoga in gym class.  Some Yahoo employees are complaining about not being able to work from home when the commute to the office is extremely long.

Study showed that parents being honest with their kids about their past drug use shows that it causes a curious child to try drugs instead of shying away.  A fisherman in NJ caught a huge sea lamprey, one of the most scary looking creatures in the water.

  3. As an Australian, I have absolutely no idea why people get offended by the word cunt. It’s pretty commonly used, almost synonymous with the word “mate”.

  7. I get the humor in the Onion’s remark, but they need to think about the fact that they chose to say it about a young black girl.
