How is it that guy not charged for standing there doing nothing, but when a couple of 16-year-old girls experiment with drugs, and one of them ODs and the other doesn’t, the survivor DOES get charged with something, at least I’ve seen it mentioned a few times in the US…
As soon as Ana read that quote where that stupid b*tch said Cannabis is a “gateway drug”, immediately discredited in my book! Get outta the 50’s and join the 21st century!
Anna – Adorable using the term “trollop”
Why is it that I can download this days show just like I am a Member, But when I try to download the 5ths show and I get shown a membership page I obviously do not need as I am A MEMBER? TYT I love your show so hire a real IT staff so this type of crap stops happening.
holy cow I can’t believe I got a shoutout
love you TYT
Want to see the fastest costume change ever? Ana changes from a green shirt to black and back to green in less than thirty seconds. Check it out at the 3 minute mark, and then the change while cutting to close-up at 3:38. Probably a green screen chroma keying glitch? What happened there, Jesus?
Its fair to note that sexual addiction is not acknowledged as a real thing by the APA and is not in the DSM
There’s another thing to think about regarding the subway incident. Even if the photographer couldn’t help lift the victim off the tracks, which seems doubtful; he could have yelled out instructions.
The subway station where this occurred was at a four track two platform station, which means the victim had the option to either climb back up (which he tried) or simply move towards the middle of the 4 tracks to avoid the train. You can’t blame the victim for not doing so because he was in shock and with few only a few seconds to react, it’s impossible to think clearly especially when a train is rushing towards you. The photographer, instead of snapping pictures could have instructed the victim on how to avoid the train without having to climb back up. Sadly, he said nothing to him…and watched him die.
Am I the only one seeing the video half way pushed off the left of the screen? I’ve tried IE 9 and Firefox 16, both are doing the same for me. I’ll just download the video, but found it odd no one else seems to be having this issue.
same issue here. thx for the downloading tip, completely forgot about that.
Likewise. You can also go full screen if you have the luxury of needing your computer for nothing else. Wonder if this problem will persist…
Every video, every browser. Odd!
Same problem for me. Never seen this issues before.
I didn’t have the problem last night when I watched this… But today it’s only showing up as half, and I’m on Chrome… Strange.
I had the half screen on WindowsXP & Firefox 17.0.2, but not on Ubuntu 10 & Firefox 17.0,
Cenk doesn’t know his own website, tee hee.
1. Regarding sex addiction:
It’s definitely real. If you can become addicted to something as innocent as the internet, food, or sugar, then of course you can become addicted to sex. It’s the same as drug/alcohol addiction because it’s often the result of a need to ‘escape’ what’s happening in life, or an attempt to self-medicate underlying psychological issues (like depression, etc.) that ends up turning out horribly.
Hell, there’s a very credible theory that anorexia nervosa and other eating disorders are addictions. I’m diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and my psychiatrist’s (who used to work in an ED clinic for years) treatment method is VERY similar to the one she uses for people with drug/alcohol addictions. That’s because, when a person goes a long time without food, their body releases chemicals that act as an anesthetic and give you a sort of high. Of course, it’s not purely an addiction because it’s a manifestation of serious body image issues, self-hate and often a need to control something in a life where they feel powerless – but there is definitely an addiction aspect to anorexia.
