I enjoy the funny graphics. With all the depressing stories on the news today and the 3-d crap you see over at CNN (bleh) I’d rather have a couple of laughs after a downer story to lighten things up.
I agree to that, and that’s why I don’t mind the SCS segments so much, but they can have serious graphics for serious stories. They don’t need to lead in with a joke graphic to talk about abuse in prisons, for example.
I am glad they brought the graphics issue up. The graphics tend to be ‘one-note’ and play all stories, serious or not, as ‘funny.’ That’s fine on a crap info-tainment show, but TYT can do better.
