This is what happens when government functions are privatized. This is the republican and libertarian dream of no regulations and private industry taking over and regulating themselves.
If someone thinks those corporations care about people getting sick and dying from easy preventable outbreaks then they got another thing coming. Corporations are Amoral machines that are only out to increase their bottom line.
Great post-game! The law that allows up to 49.9% of of a batch of Turkey to have bacteria in it…That’s more troubling than faulty inspections and corrupt auditors. How is that the LAW?!
What are some of the statistics on other grocery stores with better reputations, like Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods?
